Unfortunately, on the second night, we got some noisy neighbours move in next to us ,also wasn't impressed by having to pay for the gym facility ,when we were staying at your resort and paying for a studio appaarntment ...felt that was a bit mean .....

Loved the studio apparentments ,the walks/scenery /pool ... remoteness ...carmel logs on arrival ... everything you needed in the apparentment....

Having to book everything in advance on my phone. Including bed set up as a Double. I like to switch off from my phone on holiday.

The spa & restaurant were excellent. the room was also nice and modern and clean. the staff were helpful and friendly. proximity to marina was also interesting. the infinity pool was great.

Felt there could be more choices on the menu but the food we had was very nice The road up too Portavadie due to single track but no way to make change to it.

Leisure facilities as lovely using infinity pool on sunny day in Scotland and jacuzzi as felt could have been abroad. Lovely Marina to walk round and well stocked shop. Apartment spacious apart from shower!

Better communication between reception and spa and restaurant. i think you should be able to book spa experience and dinner or breakfast all in the one place. I asked for 10am breakfast and was told it would be passed on to the restaurant but i found out it was booked for 0930. not a huge problem but not great communication as nobody got back to me to confirm. we ended up not having breakfast as we felt a bit rushed to make it for then on the day. The dinner was lovely but felt like there was a lot of effort put into every dish but was let down by frozen/cheapy garlic bread slices. its so easy to make homemade and you have great chefs so something simple as garlic bread could be done a lot better. everything else was lovely

Place is absolutely stunning. Stayed in a lodge room and it was beautiful, view out of window was beautiful. Staff where incredible and the leisure facilities where fantastic.

The one and only gripe we had was navigation. Finding the site once we were near to it was a nightmare. Granted it was dark but we had the right postcode and it just couldn't locate us and the road signage was very confusing. We managed to find out way down a very tight off-road track. We will never know if we were trespassing by doing that but, by some magic, sticking to our resolve and following this, we managed to find our way to the site. Later on, we had a similar issue navigating ourselves from the Marina back to our studio, on foot. Yes, we had had a few drinks with dinner but the confusing signage (not helped by the darkness) was a frustrating end to out first day

All of it! we were recommended by friends but could not have been prepared for the beauty of the site, the quality of the accommodation and the brilliant service and food we chowed down on all weekend for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lastly, the spa treatments were a joy as was the spa itself. Top quality therapists and a well maintained spa made for a great day.

Stayed in THE LODGE found the double beds very small. TV was a bit annoying have to search for everything !! Having 1 card was very annoying !!!

Literally only downside to this place there is no bar area or lounge area to relax with a drink. Though there is a place next to fire but still feels like same area as the restaurant. this would be my only thing the place could look to improve on. Can't take anything away from our visit. Loved it.

How anyone can leave anything but a positive review I'll never know. Food was amazing, whole place is insanely clean, staff were amongst the most attentive I've ever experienced. Pool & spa was amazing even though infinity pool was closed did not affect our experience. Place is so tranqual & quiet. Exactly what we were after. Would love to come back on a summers day to experience the full beauty of the area. That being said this is one of the most beautiful places we've visited. Will try to get back for sure. 🙂

We found the walk from the lodge to the resturant unsuitable if you didnt have a car and the weather was bad . Other than that we def enjoyed our stay.

That we couldn't stay longer!

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and the standards remained high our whole stay. This place was made to take you away from it all and unwind. The restaurant overlooks the marina and has local delicacies on the menu. High end dining but really relaxed, there's no dress code. The leisure facilities include outdoor jacuzzis and infinity pool on the edge of loch Fyne, a glass sauna, full swimming pool and gym and offers spa treatments. The accomodations vary from double rooms to entire apartments and cottages. I've had the pleasure of staying in most these over the years and every one is finished beautifully. All feel cosy and private with great views.
