The lift was out of service(and has been for over a week) and the apartment was on the top most floor. Having to carry our heavy suitcases up the long flight of stairs was a huge effort and tiring Also each time we leave flat, we found it cumbersome.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment in a good location. Easy access for most parts of what we had to do. Check in and check out was effortless.

It was a bit noisy and the apartment was hot. It was the hottest day of the year, but it might be an idea to include some fans in the apartment in the summer. This is likely to be the new normal :(

Convenient and lively location. Checkin was easy although I had several emails and it wasn't always easy to find the one with the key information in it, especially the checkin details.

The self chech-in process is ridiculous- since there are 3 similar poorly signed apartment buildings. I had to go through all 3 to finally reach the right building. I recommend to put larger different signs at the entrance: "Welcome to Premier Suits- GREEN" etc..

It was very difficult to find and since the site wouldn’t take my credit card over the internet, I had to go to an alternate maned location to pay and then get the code for access to the apartment . Nice place but a hassle to get into. I wouldn’t recommend it for that reason. Otherwise it was clean but lacking any sense of style.

Sometimes noisy in middle of night, e.g. People passing by talk very loud, the seagulls crying or making noise middle of the night. Shd not link the toilet heater together with the heater at living room. No cloth dryer in the unit. Trying to use heater in toilet to make d towel & some cloths dry faster but cannot turn on heater partially.

Squeaky floor, also glass kept on centre table was not stuck to the table and one needed to be very careful as it kept moving, it wasn’t fixed with vacuum seal like the dining table.

Could do with one more dining chair. There were only three chairs but the flat caters for four people. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working so it was very steamy.

Really good location, quiet at night too. It was very comfortable, the beds are very comfy and the kitchen facilities are great. Checking in and out was very straightforward too.

The deposit. When booking the description was not clear there was a £ 250 deposit. Too steep. Photos were not of the same place we stayed. It was much smaller living room. Sofas starting to look old and a bit unclean.

Location was perfect for what we needed Beds were super comfortable. Very clean beds and bathrooms.

The second bedroom overlooked an inner courtyard full of noisy aircon units 7/24, the coffee machine was leaking, and the doors needed a thorough cleaning.

The location was excellent, the place was friendly, disabled accessible, nice bathroom, good floor plan of the flat, most of the things worked fine.

We had to wait 25 minutes to be met by the staff for access… but to be fair they let us access the property 2 hours early on request. So can’t really complain

The apparent wasnt the most sunny, but that was ok. i had some more concerns on it wasnt really clean (cigarettes on the terras, greasy stains in kitchen, wine stains in the pillows)

the location is amazing. The apartment has all commodoties you can expect (coffeemaker, washmachine, dishwasher, oven, microwave,..). Beds are comfortable.

The apartments are starting to look a wee bit tired now. Time for a complete refurb and change of decor. The sofas are past the sell by date and the decor looks like it's from 1990. Improvements needed. It was no surprise that the front door was faulty so needed fixing by the handy-man as I wasn't able to open the front door.

The apartments are in a good location (Cabot Circus) and are very secure and the host are professional.

Was a bit hard to get food deliveries with the post code being a bit off when giving it, so had to use one of the restaurants outside as a meeting point, but it wasn't too bad.

Very convenient with it being right in the heart of the city. Everything from shops to clubs within walking distance
