Room possibly on the small side, but the reasons for that were explained by the manager, and we were happy with the explanation.

Needed a room at very last minute, and was very happy that they could oblige at such short notice. The manager was very helpful and we were made to feel welcome and that our enjoyment was important to him. We felt really respected and had a great stay. Would definitely consider staying on another occasion.

The greeting from the young lady who checked us in was friendly and she was very efficient and helpful. Our room was comfortable and everything we needed. It was a short walk to Hammersmith Apollo for the gig we were attending. The pub has a good selection of craft beer and real ale.

Carpets and furniture in our bedroom was a little grubby, and the single pained windows meant it felt like you were sleeping on the road, but I did like the quaintness of the rooms!

Room was cute, everything we needed, pub was good with a nice atmosphere.

The room felt dirty and cluttered. There were splashes/stains of who knows what on the wood frames and dust on lampshades etc... it was Like the cleaner has only ever done/did the bare minimum. I Couldn't use the mirror as it was way too high (I'm 5'4" btw). TV is streaming service only and reception was poor 😞

We have stayed here many times in the past when going to gigs at The Hammersmith Apollo . Rooms are adequate and comfortable. Great location The hosts are lovely. Great hand pull beers from their own brewery . Breakfast was lovely .

Good location. Old fashioned establishment which is what we like. Nice bar area and plenty of choice of drinks. Great breakfast. Room was comfy, not luxurious but suited us. Nice comfy sofa's in the bar area.

Our room was the smallest in the building so the bathroom was a little awkward.

Clyde and his staff were so friendly and helpful. He helped us work out how to get around. He took his time to talk to us and empathise with our situation (we were there for my daughter's cancer related appointments at the Royal Marsden). He was really interested in our trip to the theatre. The evening meal we had in the pub was amazing. We didn't have breakfast as my daughter wasn't allowed to eat before her procedure. I will always stay at The Prince of Wales any time I come to London. So well placed to get around and so near to the tube station. Thank you Clyde!

Our room wasn’t dirty I really want to make that clear … however, it clearly hadn’t been used in quite a while. There was quite a lot of dust around the surfaces and the carpet really could’ve done with a quick going over. It just looked like it had been left for a few weeks. Also there was of space but no dressing table which would’ve been really handy for getting ready.

Great location and fab atmosphere in the pub itself. Our room was the tower of London and it was more of a suite which was lovely. Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite.

Noise from the pub was a bit on the loud side and the blinds let in light so not perfect sleeping conditions. But that’s being picky!

Shower could do with a de-mould spray. Any chance the outside lights can be turned off at night once the pub is closed - it was rather bright in our room.
