There was nothing not to like.

We loved everything... the setting was so very picturesque, our spacious and well appointed room was light filled and had the most amazing views! The bed was super comfy. As our breakfast was delivered to our room at the precise time we'd requested, we had a small dining table to eat at. The food was tasty and plentiful, all home cooked including the bread. The hosts Jane & Richard were delightful. Should we ever return to Builth Wells, we know exactly where we'll be staying.

Modern establishment, in a country location (watch out for the sheep on arrival. Large room with space for a double bed, two comfortable chairs, large wardrobe, lounge table, drawers, dining table and fridge. Separate en-suite with walk-in shower. Pre order breakfast which is delivered to your room at your chosen time (lovely menu). Jane and Richard are great hosts. Great Wi-Fi connection.

Easy access, a short distance from the main road, but in a secluded area with pleasant farmland views. Large well-equipped room; spotlessly clean; comfortable bed and seating; excellent breakfast. The hosts are very welcoming. This was our second visit; we hope to return again in the future.

I honestly can’t think of one thing that I would change.

We two as friends were having a short break away. Jane met us on arrival at the B&B which was easy to find and showed us the room, which was spotless, everything we would need was there. The views out of the windows were breathtaking, so very quiet and extremely peaceful. Breakfast was superb in every aspect, so much choice too, it was served personally by Jane in our room at the specified time you decide, your choice. The bed was super comfy, central heating which you were able to control. Water for the shower was just great. Met Richard the following day who explained and provided us with a very detailed map of places of interest which we duly followed and had a couple of sightseeing tours thanks to Richard. They were both extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If only everyone who ran a B&B were like Richard & Jane. I would highly recommend their establishment without hesitation.

Set in the countryside with lovely views. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Room is large,clean comfortable with all you require for a long stay. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was delicious. Definitely returning for a longer stay. Could not fault a thing.

There was nothing to dislike!

Lovely friendly welcome from Jane as we arrived. Fabulous accommodation, such a lovely room with everything you could possibly need. Nice touch of milk in the fridge and chocolates on the dresser. Very ample breakfast, lots of choice and delivered to your room. 4 different types of pillows and a very comfy bed. Beautiful scenery, lambs in the surrounding fields. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing negative at all

Lovely surroundings and setting. The building was very modern where the rooms are, and very well finished. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable really couldn’t fault it in any way. Was a pleasure staying there, the room was very spacious and very well appointed, along with lovely views out of the windows. Breakfast was also very good. Overall my stay was far better than most of the hotels I stay in.

The room was fantastic it was like an apartment. very spacious and very vlean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was out of this world. The host could not do enough for you. Local pub for food was wonderful also.
