Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location for the airport terminals could not be easier and you get what you pay for. Staff all were friendly and helpful. Room overlooking the airport apron was interesting.

We had an airport view room which was fantastic best view iv experienced at a hotel stay i loved it. The size of the bed was huge and very comfy we had a great sleep before a long flight.

United KingdomAlthough the bar is a great place to enjoy a drink, there aren’t enough bar staff. During our stay it wasn’t particularly busy but it took approx 10-15 minutes to get served, there were a few irate customers who couldn’t understand what the delay was, neither could I, it also didn’t help that the staff on duty seemed a bit clumsy, we were sat in one of the booths listening to the sound of breaking glass which was a bit disconcerting.
