~Food was extremely poor . The steak was fatty and gristle, The waitress never came back to ask if food was ok. I fed back when she collected plate - no apology. I refused to make payment. I was pressurized by waitress staff to pay, and they said they were coming up to my room to collect payment. More training for staff essential.

Very confortable stay and thanks for the personalisation of the room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and soundproof; it really is nice when you can’t hear wondering people in the corridor. The beds were comfortable and slept so well. Also can every hotel have checkout at 12 please it’s like the best!!!

The hotel could offer some parking as I read a review saying they offered discount on the new street station NCP however this deal is no longer active so the parking for 20 hours was £30

The aircon didnt work but the staff were extremely friendly, offered to change our room for the inconvenience but supplied us with a fan instead which was more than enough .

View was exceptional, the room was absolutely stunning and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely plenty of options and fresh food.

Only scrambled eggs or hard boiled for breakfast , would have have expected the choice of poached and or fried eggs ,for a hotel with such lovely standards in every other aspect.However its a lovely place to stay.

Location is perfect and everywhere is warm and clean . The staff are great and the Collage eating area is very comfortable and light . Enjoyed the bar in the lobby too. The bed was very comfortable and large ,plus the room had lovely views of the city.

The room became quite warm during the night and the thermostat could not cool the room. Due to being on a high level there were no windows to open so the room became uncomfortable during the night. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

No parking ?? But noticed 4 cars parked outside for 48hrs. Was told by receptionist that it was first come. I booked 2 months in advance and was told NO PARKING Confuses

We had a city view in our room which was nice to look out at night, the room was comfortable and clean, spacious, quite. We were hot when we got there and no windows so staff brought us a a fan, the staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast choices were fabulous and food quality ingredients. The location was great for the bullring, China town and Alexandra theatre, each being only a few minutes walk. The only downside was we witnessed a street robbery about 10 mins walk away so I would recommend caution in the area and is in no way a reflection in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay

I could stay longer!! Perhaps the bar area is a little small but we didn’t have a problem getting a seat

What is there not to like? The location is perfect for the city centre, theatre lands and the station!! The staff are friendly and welcoming nothing is too Much trouble… Considering how close to town you are the rooms are so quiet and comfortable. By far my favourite hotel

The breakfast is very mediocre— English with some bits. Super loud ventilation - they prepare you with some earplugs at the nightstand. Toilet was dirty and no brush- ick.
