The bedrooms were very hot and the air-conditioning didn't seem to make any difference what ever the setting was at. The bar area was closed until 16:00 everyday forcing you to leave the hotel to find a pub if you wanted a drink. When it did open, quite frankly you needed to ware a coat in there it was that cold. We had one drink and went back to the room, where it was at the other extreme.

Location was as expected. Normally stay at premier inn but as New Year’s Eve thought it would be noisy with a pub adjacent.

I wish there was a little convenience shop there or that it was a bit closer to convenience shops. The one within walking distance was closed by the time we arrived at 4:30. The hotel restaurant staff seemed a little blasé (except for the wonderful waitress with dreads). We would have stayed and spent more on drinks and food if they had been a little more motivated.

The hotel itself was nice and pretty. The staff at the counter was very kind. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Outside of the hotel let it down a bit. Alot of rubbish everywhere.

The overnight parking charge!

The room was spacious and the facilities were clean. My son enjoyed the gym and pool. We had a takeaway continental breakfast booked for pickup by 6.30am and it was ready in the morning as the restaurant was opening at 8am as it was Xmas day. The hot drinks available for guests was a fantastic service after a long drive and an early start. The location is perfect for getting to Gatwick airport quickly. Staff were professional and friendly:)

The manager and receptionist were really accommodating and always asked if we were ok They gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco on our arrival and 2 x miniature bottles of prosecco on New Year's Eve. Very good .

The mini fridge was humming and the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Large room with excellent comfort. The breakfast was also very good with a vast choice. The facilities are all great (bar, restaurant and indoor pool). the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is also good.

Nice vibe, very chilled yet professional. Very comfy. Only down side was the faucet in the bathtub came off as I was topping up my bath so I ended up being sprayed with quite hot water. But that was more a maintenance issue and not anything to do with staff or facilities. The staff were appropriately concerned and apologised.

Breakfast was OK. Had to wait fir scrambled eggs. Rest of breakfast was cold by the time they brought them out. Also asked for early morning call at I.00 am and phone went at 6.30 am. Didn't get back to sleep after that.

The only two things that wasn’t good was there was hair in the bath and the breakfast wasn’t warm enough needs to be able to stay hot land plates to be warmed so food stays hot

The reception and restaurant area was too cold to sit without a jacket when we were there.

The room was very cosy and the staff were pleasant. Good for a one-nighter and just 20 minutes walk from Three Bridges Station and 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. Food available at the restaurant.

Price of breakfast whether pre booked £13.95 and on the day £16.95 each I think is very over priced and some of our friends said if was not worth the money. Glad we took cereals with us to have in our room
