No access to car park due to water works parking on a road.Bathroom ceiling had lots of mould on it

Car par currently out of use as the road is closed due to Thames Water works. This wasn't communicated well on the booking, but there is a public car park located just across the road next to the church and the hotel offered to pay for this. I chose not to given I am sure they have already been impacted badly by the closure.

Clean apartment, great to have a living / dining space with well equipped kitchenette as I had a late finish and need to cook something myself.

road leading into the place was closed due to road works and there was no mention of it. Also it was self check in with no reception and just a number to text only if help is needed. No way to contact anyone and speak.

The boiler, located in the bedroom, kicked in every 20mins, day and night. This isn't the right space if you are a light sleeper.

The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful when we needed something.

The tanker outside our apartment.

village locatoon had a large drainage tanker pumping all night outside our window . So sleeping was bad . Good sleep was the primary reason for staying in this location. So disappointed. But the apartment was comfortable and clean and had all that was needed.

Great location and the place is much bigger than it looks. The restaurant downstairs is incredible, just go, don't deliberate, just make sure you eat in Yaprak. We are about to move to the area and it cemented the fact that we made the right choice.

Initially, the room appeared to be too frugal in its décor, and I think it could be improved (particularly in comparison to another room in the same facility in which I had stayed on a previous occasion), hence 9 instead of 10/10; but the positive factors overtook this slightly negative one, and the stay was clean and comfortable I would return.

Helpful management. Very clean room and sheets. Comfortable. Good nights' sleep (any noise ended early enough for me). Plenty of natural light during the day. Daily service if needed.

There is nothing to not like...it was excellent.

The whole process was very easy. We arrived before we could access the room, which was fine as we parked up. When we arrived back later, no problems getting into the room, which was very clean and spacious.

I could not access my room at first as it was keyless entry and I could not get the code to work.

Our window, that looked out onto the church, was absolutely filthy and when we opened the window so was the outside sill. Something that could so easily be remedied. We never met the owners or managers so there was no human contact. Although not essential it would have been nice for someone to just say hello and ask if all was OK.

We had a one night stay. Lovely bright clean room. Well equipped for tea and coffee making and there was also a fridge and microwave. There is an M&S Food next door so we were able to buy milk, fruit and yogurt for the next morning. Despite previous reviews we found it quiet in the George room. Check in was any time after 2pm and because we were given two lots of door codes access to the property was easy.

There is a lot of noise from the bar restaurant below, very low music playing til nearly midnight, so loud that the floor reverberates with the bass.

The apartment is nice, well decorated, a large bathroom, equipped kitchen.

fluff under the bed and under the fridge as we had to pull it out as wife dropped the back of her earring but it’s no biggy as such but could do with been cleaned
