We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This wasn't communicated well on the booking, but there is a public car park located just across the road next to the church and the hotel offered to pay for this. I chose not to given I am sure they have already been impacted badly by the closure.
Clean apartment, great to have a living / dining space with well equipped kitchenette as I had a late finish and need to cook something myself.

village locatoon had a large drainage tanker pumping all night outside our window . So sleeping was bad . Good sleep was the primary reason for staying in this location. So disappointed. But the apartment was comfortable and clean and had all that was needed.

Great location and the place is much bigger than it looks. The restaurant downstairs is incredible, just go, don't deliberate, just make sure you eat in Yaprak. We are about to move to the area and it cemented the fact that we made the right choice.

United KingdomInitially, the room appeared to be too frugal in its décor, and I think it could be improved (particularly in comparison to another room in the same facility in which I had stayed on a previous occasion), hence 9 instead of 10/10; but the positive factors overtook this slightly negative one, and the stay was clean and comfortable I would return.
Helpful management. Very clean room and sheets. Comfortable. Good nights' sleep (any noise ended early enough for me). Plenty of natural light during the day. Daily service if needed.

United KingdomOur window, that looked out onto the church, was absolutely filthy and when we opened the window so was the outside sill. Something that could so easily be remedied. We never met the owners or managers so there was no human contact. Although not essential it would have been nice for someone to just say hello and ask if all was OK.
We had a one night stay. Lovely bright clean room. Well equipped for tea and coffee making and there was also a fridge and microwave. There is an M&S Food next door so we were able to buy milk, fruit and yogurt for the next morning. Despite previous reviews we found it quiet in the George room. Check in was any time after 2pm and because we were given two lots of door codes access to the property was easy.
