There was a thick rim of what appears to be black mould around the top of the toilet bowl, suggesting the toilets haven't been cleaned thoroughly for some time. Lack of coat hooks and not enough (non-heated) towel rails.

The fire in our caravan didn't work and was needed on the cold evenings. The toilet was leaking. Free Wifi was not available in our accommodation and I didn't realise that we have to provide all the towels etc - this should be made clear.

The space available in the caravan was good. Gift box for dogs was a nice touch. Food was expensive.

A bit noisy, couldn’t believe that we could hear the sounds from the neighbours clearly. No towel provided, and no instruction about where to put the rubbish. We put it outside the door but in the next morning found there were big rats running across and pulled out all the rubbish from the bag and massed the balcony.

Neat, the bed is comfortable. Location is good. Lake activities are good. And we like playing the table pool in the lounge.

Carpet in caravan had lots of pet hair which did not go off even after hoover, so it was bit disappointing as it was mentioned pet free while booking. We had toddler who mostly spend time on floor and pick all the things and play. It was scary and frustrating all the time to look after the lil one not to put in mouth as pet hair may go inside mouth.

Right in the middle of Isle of wight, easy to commute around to all attraction and beaches. Had good time spending time in Pool with family.

Only a couple of things that could have made our stay a lot better. The cottage was missing a lot of consumables. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, tea towel and some bin bags. We needed to go out and buy tissues, toilet paper, more washing up liquid, cleaning spray, shower gel etc. Also really needed a mop as it was really wet outside. If we were there for the week, I wouldn't have an issue with it, but you basically had to bring your whole house to feel at home. The pub was also not open on Sunday and no Easter Activities for the kids were left by Sunday PM. Thankfully we bought enough food to cook at the cottage. Wifi was also only at the reception area and the 4G reception in the cottage itself was very sketchy / very difficult. For that reason I probably pick another place which had wifi in the accommodation itself. It's 2024.

Overall a great resort. Kids loved the playground, dog loved the outdoor spaces, husband loved the bar and we loved the private hot tub in the garden. We were able to cook in the kitchen comfortably and our cottage was very well located within the resort itself. It's a really good amount of space to live away from home and the hot tub made it really relaxing end to a short family trip. The resort is also dog friendly and very safe for kids.

No WiFi accessible in the caravan, no paid WiFi option either. You needed to book swimming and it was shut the day we arrived (possibly off season).

The location and cleanliness were great, the beds were comfy and they provided all the needed utensils etc. Also a good amount of heat/heaters if needed.

It was a little difficult to find the caravan at first but other than that no complaints.

Lovely park and caravan was clean and tidy. Staff called on the day to confirm our check in time and accommodated our late check-in by leaving key in our caravan.

Every thing is all right, just not too convenient for pedestrian，It would be perfect if you could add a little bit more, the indicator lights that are easily seen by pedestrians checking in at night, it's still more convenient for people with cars to go on vacation, the pool is nice but the public changing rooms are a little bit dirty, everything else is ok
