Very nice apartment in a quiet area just outside Liverpool, but well connected by bus taxi or Uber. Kaveeta has been very nice and helpfull during check-in. Thank you, we have really enjoyed our stay with you.

Lovely modern apartment. Very clean. Lovely touches to make it very pleasant to stay in. Owner left basics such as milk, and toiletries. Having one parking space was great too.

Really can't comment. I guess it would be nice to be able to have a bath, so plugs would be good, however, I also understand the reasons why they have been removed and know that had I asked they could have been provided.

Owner reacted positively to previous feedback left. Apartment was as we expected. Hosts were extremely flexible and helpful. Although it's a self catering place, there is always milk left for us, which is great after a long journey. This is the second time we have started and definitely won't be the last. Host is friendly, correspondence between us was always good. 100% recommended.

There appeared to be no bath plug so could only shower. Not even a big issue but with a bad back a bath would’ve been great.

It was extremely clean, the hostess was amazing even helped my little girl up the stairs when she noticed I was struggling.

No negative review for this stay!this one is amazing! She literally saved us of a very bad scam. Explanation below. Our initial booking, was with a totally different host, in a different apartment, different area and was booked several months beforehand! To my surprise... I was only informed the day before our departure of a double booking !! We were offered an alternative which was not convenient at all.  I was working but had to spend most of my working hours on the phone with booking.com to find a solution.  The following day after traveling 6 long hours it turned out we had nowhere to stay. We were also almost victims of a fraudulent scam !!  We spent all afternoon in the car, whilst I was on the phone trying to find a solution. My disabled mother, was also traveling with us.

We were very fortunate to have found accomodation with her!due to a scam with our initial booking at another apartment . She is an exceptional host, whom I must say understands the meaning of good customer service. Thanks to her we had somewhere to stay, we were out of the car and off of the streets. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady Gwen. I highly recommend this apartment. It's quite spacious, very well furnished, it didn't lack of anything but most of all clean, tidy and spotless ! Without a doubt, I would definitely stay again at this property. Thank you so much!!

The living room sofa was very low to the ground and very difficult to get up from. Its a small concern but that was the only relaxing place to sit. Anyone with back or knee issues would definitely have a problem.

The only very mild negative is that there’s a flight of stairs up to the apartment but that’s really clutching at straws to be honest as it’s a fab location that I’m happy to recommend.

The apartment is situated 20 minutes away from Liverpool city centre on the bus in one direction, or 20 minutes away from New Brighton beach in the other. There’s lots of small convenience stores and chippies etc in walking distance. Also a small playground, Catholic Church and a social club too which is called The Great Float - Karaoke nights are from 8pm on Fridays. The apartment was quiet at night, very clean, beautifully furnished with all mod cons including fan oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Beds were clean and comfy too.

We couldn't get the WiFi to work or how to use the modern bath but these weren't issues.

We were met on our arrival with the keys and shown around the apartment.. Fresh milk and water were in the fridge for us plus we could use items such as tea bags and porridge. As described the apartment is spacious and modern with onsite car parking. Kitchen facilities were superb. Both bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. The shower was easy to use with plenty of towels. The TV was fine. It was very convenient accommodation for our four days at the British Open Golf Championship at Royal Liverpool Golf Club Hoylake.

Great apartment. There were two large bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room. The apartment was nice and clean and had all the key things we needed. Parking space was available. What was good was the updates provided by the host (Kaveeta). Would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely presented and spotlessly clean apartment , with a super range of facilities. Perfectly placed for the tunnel drive to Liverpool. Quiet and stylish , it was a great place to stay.

Smoke alarm directly above cooker which wasn’t great when cooking. No plugs in bathroom making it very difficult for men to have shaves. Could have had a set of keys per couple ( this may have been possible, in honesty we didn’t ask).

Location was fairly central to where we wanted to be and transport getting there was regular/easy and affordable. Although on a main road, rooms at back so didn’t disturb sleep. Great communication between myself and host. Very flexible host, helpful on arrival and departure. Made sure we had milk on arrival! Great parking. Already looking to book again next year!
