the breakfast could have been better, the food was good, but the staff were more interested in talking amongst them selves that serving and I could here every work of there private conversation for the whole time I was at breakfast. there was a plastic kitchen bin in the middle of the restaurant for cereal packets and the like which i thought could have had an alternative as looked untidy and not what i would expect.

lovely comfy homely hotel, with a choice of two lovely restaurants, there is a nice bar area too. my room looked like it had been recently renovated and was lovely.

I was very surprised by this hotel. I paid very little but things here have clearly been recently renovated, or very well kept. Everything was clean and modern.

The only thing that marred our stay this time was the builders and scaffolding operators, who were working outside our bedroom window. It was a very rude awakening at 7.45 ish in the morning. They dropped one scaffolding pole and it hit the wall just outside our window. I was definitely awake then. And that’s the first time we have ever had an issue.

The room was very pleasant. Warm and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant which was very nice. The staff were very attentive. We had breakfast before we left. Julie took our order and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, piping hot and delicious. We had everything we needed.

Well located Hotel, nice Features, clean and tidy, looked like there had been a recent revamp. Much better than expected, even though I booked the same day, everything was perfect. I chose to eat in the Italian next door, some of the best food I've had in ages to be honest, wrote them a separate review. Comfortable bed, nice room with good facilities and good shower. I think it was a deluxe room. But a great all round stay,

Breakfast finished a bit early and I couldn't make it due to work but my wife enjoyed it. Check out at 11 was a bit too early for my work commitments and they couldn't offer later check out but the hotel was full so fair enough.

Didn't have enough time to enjoy it, got there late and left early but everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and very clean and all facilities were excellent. The shower was superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for Rochdale city centre. Big free car park.

Everything was great.

The hotel was amazing and surpassed our expectations. It was excellent value for money and exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. We stayed with our 3 year old and the room was comfortable and serviced each day. It was in a convenient location for us as we were visiting family in Heywood. We will definitely be staying again as we visit the area regularly.
