What's not to like? Very warm welcoming on arrival. Were shown to our respective rooms. Absolutely magnificent!👌 Clean, spacious, comfortable, fantastic views. Very good quality bedding, mattress, bath towels. Absolutely fantastic rooms! Breakfast was so good; yoghurt, fresh fruits, croissants, pains au chocolat, full English (by far the BEST I have had!). Beautiful setting. Peaceful. Absolutely beautiful!!!

Breakfast was excellent especially for those with a large appetite! Dinner was well cooked and nicely presented - an unexpected bonus given the location I.e a golf club!

There is nothing to add here I liked everything!

Staff are just amazing all friendly nothing was an issue for them just simply great! The breakfast oh my days, what a breakfast. When I sat down and looked at the menu I saw fruit, Pastries and full english and vegetarian english breakfast and thought ok I choose one of these when in fact you get the lot and choose between meat or veg breakfast. Very filling and cooked to perfection.

It is part of the golf club so you should expect lots of golfers and the noise of golf balls being hit. The golf range is close

We had a terrible problem with the keys, so much so that we were nearly locked out of our room. There is a knack to opening the door, but we didn't have it! One other slight disappointment was the lack of toothmugs and shower caps in the bathroom.

The security light outside our window was on all night long. The shower could have an anti slip mat. An top sheet under the duvet would have been helpful as the room was warm during the night.

We had the most beautiful room, with an excellent en suite and very comfortable bed. The room was spotless . Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and beautifully presented. The evening meals were of the highest standard. We haven't had fish cooked as well as that in many a long year. To cap it all, the staff were excellent. What a great team. Oh by the way, the golf courses are in excellent condition, and a pleasure to play. Thank you to all.

The walls were thin and unfortunately i had a noisy couple in the next room. Not the hotels fault but it did affect my stay.

Room was fine, big bed, comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee, bottle of water etc. Very quiet location.

Nice, big room. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good parking next to the hotel. We booked the hotel for an overnight stay on our way down south. It is nicely located in the nature close to the lake and National Park. We had a nice and quiet stay there but in the morning it can get busy due to some early golfers.

There was no evening meal available unless we asked and then we were not sure as there were no notices to confirm times and menus. We would have liked to have eaten in more often, than that which was available to the best of our knowledge. Woken up each morning by sounds on the golf course, if we had been golfers the stay would have been perfect and despite these few problems we enjoyed our stay at Rutland Water Golf Club. The staff made it for us as they were so polite and friendly.

Breakfast was ideal - just felt sorry for staff having to climb stairs to serve us.
