We had the loft room, could have warned us about The the slope on the stairs leading up my son nearly knocked himself out, my husband is on Warfarin if he had done it we could have had real problems.

Room was not serviced for the whole stay. Bathroom,sink reqd new plug to save water wastage.

Location is a quiet street, on the corner and lovely. Arrived late at night that wasn’t a problem, it’s an old fashioned b&b, but new and posh is not always needed. Very quiet at night, no banging doors etc, rooms are spotless clean and more importantly beds and mattresses are! Children well catered for, the lady owner even cut my toddlers food up for them! Gave them a toddler cup to drink from too! It’s family run which is a lovely touch.

That some other guests wasn't very considerate when coming in and out of their rooms as they would let there doors slam shut especially night time

Fab place to stay, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast was always very nice and would cater for your needs. Stones through from the beach so easy on your legs if you cannot walk that far.

Arrived on my birthday to the most wonderful welcome , Rooms were spacious and roomy , The breakfast and homemade jams were out of this world i honestly didn't want to go home Sandra and Phil are a absolute credit to the guest house business we came as guests and left as friends can't wait to return

The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable in room 9. .the weather was lovely and warm so it meant We could sleep on top of the top of the quilt to cushion it a bit. we had a blanket so we had a cover. Things like this is a given when you go away to stay. You can't please everyone so we didn't complain. But worth mentioning especially if you need a bit more softness like us.

Made to feel welcome by the owners, cooked breakfast was lovely and fresh, tea making facilities in the bedroom was a fab idea and we were stocked with choice, even had smellies in the bathroom and a hair dryer. It's the small things that count. Our room was at the top but it was ok for us to climb the stairs, and though others were in their rooms we couldn't hear anyone else. The location was ideal to get to everything great yarmouth had to offer.

Sandra & Phil were absolutely brilliant. They made me feel so comfortable & at home.They were so helpful about local facilities. Very rarely do I go to a b&b start as a visitor & leave as a friend. Breakfast was gorgeous & just the right amount. Bed was very comfortable.

Seahorse is our go to place to stay in Great Yarmouth - great breakfasts and friendly obliging hosts. Lovely looking period property in a nice street with free parking right outside and very close to the seafront.
