We thought we'd have a clearer view of the sea, there is a main road right outside the house and the double glazed windows dont shut properly as the keys are lost so we had to use wax ear plugs in rooms that looked out over the front, shower in our room was very noisy and took sometime for hot water to come through on top floor.

Superb breakfasts, buses very near and regular, great lounge area and fridge to use, also used dining room in evening and tidied up afterwards. Ana always seemed available and able to answer questions. Thank you. Very comfy beds.

Arrived late and the reception and all was dark. Tried to reach various numbers from the confirmation email and a note on the door, and had some difficulties getting my keys. But worked all out in the end, when you know that you can just walk in and ring the bell at the reception. Good old English bathroom sinks with too small faucets to get your hand underneath. Creaking wooden flooring, which can be a bit disturbing depending on whos staying above your room or passing by outside.

Small single room, which was perfectly fine for my requirements, as I didn't spend much time there anyway. The guest house also offers a very large common area with comfy sofas and armchairs, and even a large refridgirator. You can have a chat with other guests, use the board games, or just enjoy a drink or read your book. The guest house lies pretty central, located in Beaumont. Just a 10 min bus ride from St. Helier or similar time to the airport. 15 min on the bike or 1 h walk to St. Helier for people who want to enjoy the bay area. The breakfast includes a standard British Breakfast with vegetarian options.

Hotel on a busy road, so noisy but didn't affect us too much.

Convenient for St Helier and St Aubin. On a good bus route for visiting places. Beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants.

We went when there was a heat wave and the room was roasting, a fan in the room would have been nice or even air conditioning. There was 1 communal fridge for 24 rooms, so a small fridge in each room would be ideal.

We liked the cooked breakfast and we could also have cereal if we wanted it. Location was excellent for us.

    Nothing.

The location was great for transport to and from the airport using the Liberty buses, plus to and from St Helier. The beach was across the road. The room was was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was as expected with a selection of cereals and drinks. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Would have given the property the highest marking, except the rooms etc are a bit dated. This was not a problem, however, as everything else was spot on.

Great weather while I was staying consequently my room was very warm especially at night, a small fan would definitely help.

The bedroom was okay but the beds were not very comfortable only just long enough for me and i'm only 5ft 10ins. The pillows were quite basic. and there was only a duvet on the bed. This didn't help as the weather was very warm, the room was stuffy and having a duvet and not a sheet didn't make a comfortable nights sleep. We had to keep the windows open but this was unhelpful as the main road the property is on is very busy so we were woken early with the traffic.

The staff were very friendly, the Guest house was very clean and we found the location very good. The breakfast was excellent and all in all it was good value for money.

Having to leave 😢 so soon. Personally we missed a slightly larger supermarket as the local shop was sometimes short on choices. The property is really clean but could do with some freshening up in places.

We really enjoyed the great breakfast. Lots of variety. Great location close to the beach. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. We could even leave our cases on the day we left which was great as it was a hot day and our flight was not scheduled until late afternoon. Quiet location although really close to the airport.
