Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe sewer odour in the bathroom from the drains can be unbearable and needs to have professional assistance.
I am so lucky to find Josip's big and modern apartment located short walking distance to old town and green market. The kitchen is facilited with plenty of kitchenware set which is great for preparing breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. On the check in date, Josip was so kind to offer a pick up from the Flixbus station and helped with our luggages. He spent close to half hour to explain everything about the flat and give wonderful recommendation on sightseeing and dining. What a great host!

FranceVery modern and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. You can reach the old town centre in less than 10 minutes. Josip was so kind as to let us park in the spot where he had parked his car, so we didn't have to pay for parking. Josip was very nice and gave us tips about visits in Split and good restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night, but if we come back we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

BrazilJosip waited for us when we arrived and gave lots of information about the city and the apartment. He was very welcoming and even had some sweets (icecream) for us in the fridge. The apratment has everything you would possibly need, great kitchen, great renovated bathroom, washing machine, iron, iron board, tv, and more..., very comfortable indeed. It is 600 m to Diocletian Palace and the old town center and very close to the mais beach of Split (200 m). We wanted to visit Split but rest a little bit too from our days in the islands (Havar and Korcula) and this apartment was great!

IrelandWe absolutely loved this apartment! It was so central. It was very close to the beach and extremely close to the local supermarket. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check out at 5pm because we had a late flight. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It had air conditioning, all utensils you could possible need, a dishwasher & a laundry machine. He was so lovely and helpful to us and I would 100% come back and recommend to all my friends !!
