Location close to Victoria Station is good, my single bedroom small but comfortable. Breakfast not exceptional but acceptable. Great that coffee now available, along with drinks. Will store bags at £5 per night.

Would have liked softer, thicker pillows on the beds. Adding little tubs of yoghurt to the breakfast would be good. Everything else was perfect!

Excellent location - 15 mins from Victoria coach station, safe neighbourhood, within walking distance of most attractions in that part of London. Bus stop at the hotel entrance. The room is just big enough for 2 adults. It is newly refurbished and spotless, with comfortable beds. The bathroom has been beautifully redone using high-quality fittings, fabulous shower! When booking I noticed that there was no meal plan, however at check-in we were told one was included in the price. It was quite basic, but more than adequate and very welcome, with gluten free toast available on request. Lift available, so no lugging of suitcases up the stairs!

There was an iron but it was communal. You needed to go to a different floor to use it. Other than that, we had no issues.

It's in a very good location. Close to Victoria station. The hotel looks newly renovated. Very clean. The staff was friendly.

The room apartment was on the last floor of the building and there was no elevator so we had to climb 8 floors with luggage which was not the best experience.

The location was amazing. And the room was what we had expected. It was clean and tidy.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean room. They offer free luggage storage for both the day of check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good. There are not many options, but it's okay. There are EU socket plugs available in the room 🙂

Small narrow corridors and steep stairs! Didn’t affect us but people with mobility issues would find it difficult!

Rooms were clean, a good size and bathroom newly furnished! We had a lovely view from our room too! Breakfast was good & there was plenty of choice! We timed it right and sat down immediately, when we left there was a huge queue! Staff were very helpful and informative!

The hotel is located close to Victoria Station, about a 5-10 minute walk away. Bus 24 passes in front of the hotel if you want to take public transportation, and is also close to Pimlico Tube Station. The reception area is small but adequate. The room is just the right size for three people, with a very clean and spacious bathroom. Additionally, there is a complimentary breakfast provided, which is great.

You can hear the people walking above you the floors where creaking . Walls are thin Persons across the hall where very loud can hear every word woke me up they had no consideration for other people staying also was on 3nd floor no lift but the lovely guy at reception carry my heavy bag up

Heaters only turn on at specific (and different times) in the night, even if it freezing. Guests don’t have control within their rooms regarding turning the heating on during the day when they want. Sewerage within the bathroom wasn’t that great. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Bathrooms were very small and squashy including the shower. Beware that it is far from the airports and requires multiple modes of transport to get there.

Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided unlike most hotels. Reception staff were excellent. Good location close to Victoria Coach station (helpful if you’re doing tours). Cafe downstairs was great. Free breakfast, although basic, included for everyone. Hotel has a lift, unlike lots of hotels in the area. Clean throughout.

Was hard to adjust the heat as the controls were at the bottom of the heater and behind the headboard.

As an American I would have liked bacon or sausage to go with the eggs and toast. Would have liked to have either decaf tea or coffee offered.

Breakfast was basic although no complaint as it was free. Hotel was clean in all areas. During check in we had to give a cash deposit payment, was told this was to cover us against damages,in my opinion we should have been made aware of this during booking and not at check in. All in all I would recommend
