The bathroom was quite small and became very steamy meaning it was a real sauna for the rest of the party each time one person showered. For the price, it's not a big problem as there was a big lobby space for us to wait in.

The location was great, with free parking right outside which is rare for London. Very friendly staff and non-dairy milk available for teas/coffees which is always an added bonus.

It was perfectly located near enough to get to Twickenham stadium. It was nice to be just able to go in the kitchen area and make yourself a drink.

Warm welcome and tour of the lovely hotel,, close to airport and shops. We arrived early hoping to just drop bags off and they let us get the room before check in time and cleaned it quickly

I think a little aniticipation at the time of the breakfast is needed as there was no replenishment of the cooked items till asked by the clients and had to wait for quite a while till those items are available again. This can leave an unpleasant impression but can be easily improved if the staff checks from time to time that what needs to be added. We stayed in room 18 which is on the upper floor, the water flow was low and needs to be looked at by the hotel management.

The location is ideal as the station plus lots of places to eat + the market is approx 5 mins walk from the residence. The staff is super friendly and really accomodating. There is beakfast facility included with the accomodation, free wifi, Smartt TV with internet so you can watch youtube and netflix. From the bus station you can go to market near civic center Hounslow which is like 10 to 15 mins away where you have really good and affordable food plus lots of shops + 24hrs ASDA Store. We had a really nice time.

I couldnt eat breakfast , because we didnt know it was halal or fried in same oil as the saugages etc ,so we just had basic breakfast , could do with a signs regarding halal or non halal , the location was perfect with plenty of shopping area and restaurants near by,also very near to southall and heathrow airport

Bed was up against the wall and there was no bedside tables. Breakfast was ok, but we went down before 9 and there was hardly any hot food left, but told they would only bring out more scrambled eggs, even though breakfast didn’t finish until 9.30

Close enough to Twickenham. Could go to the breakfast area and make a tea or coffee when we wanted. Outside seating not bad.

The area is noisy. I was unprepared and I found I didn't sleep well. Not a problem for everyone as my kids were out like a light. The area is on the landing strip for Heathrow with Planes landing every few minutes. My only genuine negative is be wary about the turn into the driveway. There's a dip between Road and curb and I scraped the front of my car going into the drive. The next time I drove off the pavement and didn't use the drive. But again it is a lovely hotel.

The staff were very friendly and kind. It's a lovely building and our room suited our needs perfectly. There were lots of choice for breakfast and good value for money

Lobby and kitchen areas were a bit rundown but actual bedroom was nice.

Very convenient location to heath row (only 2-3 stops on underground). Comfy beds, nice updated bathroom, free continental breakfast. Nice staff and area to eat.

For the accommodation price, we couldn't fault most things. Maybe the scrambled eggs were a little overdone

Very nice location to the shops for eating. 15-minute walk to high street to a large shopping mall with eatery, banks, and shopping for women, not enough seats for men waiting ha ha.the underground tube fantastic service for Heathrow terminal. Would definitely stay again. 👌 great weekend with car boot ,buy anything you want, I mean anything.

Room was a little small for 3 people but it was serviceable.

Check-in staff were pleasant. You could eat the serve-yourself breakfast in a pleasant courtyard overlooking a green garden. Very close to the tube station and to Heathrow which made it ideal for a morning plane out.

The guests sitting in the garden drink until 3am in the morning which is outside our room. I think the staff should have said something but it's not the hotel's fault having inconsiderate guests.

The price is superb for how easy it was to get into London. It was very basic but nicer than l thought it would be. I would stay again.

The building is old, and each bedroom (we stayed in two--one at the beginning and one at the end of our trip) is small. There is nothing elegant or upscale about it, but if you don't go in expecting elegance, it is fine.

It was very near Heathrow and a 5-minute walk from the Tube station. The proprietor was very friendly, very flexible, and eager to provide suggestions and directions. Breakfast was nice enough, with options. The bathrooms were updated (in a pretty old building). It was clean. There was a place for breakfast outside for those who wanted that. The inside breakfast space had been redone and was quite nice, with glass walls.

Breakfast on Sunday was plentiful. With each succeeding day, the fruits and breads and yoghurt got eaten and disappeared and never replenished.
