I did not have hot water in the shower but I didn't try finding a solution, had no time.

I stayed at a tiny room, very basic but clean and with a small bathroom. The location is amazing. It is right in front Dorset Square (a green patch by Baker Street Station. AND... it is only 500 meter to the beautiful Regent's Park, the perfect running circuit!!!!

The hotel was very run down, rubbish and washing in corridoors, plaster falling off walls but main reception was nice. Potential to be a lovely hotel, as a stunning building, but needs a lot of work doing on it. Our toilet stunk of smoke and bath was way to small and stained.

The location was great, close to two underground stations.

The location is great. Rooms qwas a god size & spacious with a big window.

Old grand house/hotel that needs lots of love but great bones. Huge room but needed better carpet. Stains and a lot of wear. No elevator. We were on 4th floor.

Location! Location! Location! Price to stay is just about half of any other hotel on the same street. 5 min walk to everything. Easy traveling. Beds comfortable and place clean. Front staff was very warm and friendly

False advertising, taxi driver says property is not on Baker Street as advertised, he couldn’t find the place.Very run down, stains on mattresse, broken chair, you could not walk round the bed to use bedside table, very draughty as old windows and large gap under door.Peculiar smells when using the towels

It was shabby in the common areas, especially on the stairs. The shower was very small too.

Location was very good. So close to 2 tube stations and to the course that I was doing too. It was also walking distance to some of the sights. Staff were very friendly too. The room was basic, but very clean

It’s a building site, very dirty, not well kept, walls too thin, bed uncomfortable, windows stiff, bathroom too small to comfortably go to the loo or shower. Only 1 small mirror in the bathroom, nothing in the main room. Toilet was not clean. Mould growing on the bath. Damp in the ceilings/walls. Had a funny smell to it. The gent running the place greeted us in a hoody and a cap. Use of post it notes on reception to tell residents when they’re not available, or multiple mobile numbers they can be reached on…

Location is good, close to Baker Street and Marylebone. Free tea/coffee (although very little instruction on how to use and not kept topped up with water/milk). Free use of a bottle opener at midnight though - so that was helpful.

Hard to find, building needs a lot of repairs, it’s not unusable but it’s looking pretty tired. It probably costs a lot to fix up an old building like this. Pro tip from an ex b&q employee; buy the expensive paint. It doesn’t go on too thin, that way you don’t have to paint seven coats to make it work. It’s worth the extra money.

    Nice staff, good location

The toilet door wouldn't shut properly and the sink was really small which made it difficult to refill my water bottle. Also, I was unable to shut the window and it was loud outside which made it difficult to sleep.

As I wasn't actually in the hotel for such a long time the size of the room didn't really bother me. Also, it was only a few minutes walk from Baker Street station which was good as I had to travel back there alone late at night.

The room was small and not very well maintained. The sliding door to the washroom was always stuck. Need to walk sideways between the bed and the washroom. 😅

Place has lots of wear and tear and is only provisionally patched up. No lift. Had to drag my bag up to the 4th floor. While the cleanliness in the room was good, the cleanliness in the bath/toilett was poor. Hair of the former inhabitent still floating in the toilett, and bathtub sink etc..

Needed a stay overnight between two days of travel. Check in/out without any problems. Price is OK for weekdays. I had to pay the slightly higher weekend price. Clean Room. Clean Bed. Everything importants is there and functional. Solid Wifi. Excellent location in central London, 2 km from the Euston, StPancras, Kings Cross train stations.
