Whilst next to st martins, it was noisy outside until around 4am! It also could have been a little simpler to get the reception key and get into the car park.

Clean and provided lots of small add ons (coffee machine, hairdryer etc), also right next to st martins square. Car park was also convenient and included in the price!

For the car park, if you have a prepaid car parking ticket, the process would be more smooth. apart from this ,everything is ok

I liked the hotel; the rooms were clean, beautiful, and modern. The water pressure in the bathroom was good, strong, and forceful. The internet was okay, and having parking in the city center was very convenient.

We happened to stay on the one HOT day of the year and the room was boiling, the placement of our room meant our window was internal and there was no air. The hotel provides a Dyson fan (which is a lifesaver once you know how to operate it) but yes please consider the room choice if the UK weather happens to be hot.

Beautiful décor that compliments the building 5*. The shower was powerful and could swing a cat in it! The bed was comfy and the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and quiet. Lots of cute high quality essentials from the shower gel, to the toilet roll and wonderful coffee machine! The Fridge is also very useful. It's all in the details.

A very picky thing, but the tea cups were too small!! Can see how coffee would be good in them, but far too small for a decent cup of tea!!!

The hotel is very stylish and comfortable. Free parking is a bonus in Leicester too. Staff are always very helpful. Very central location. Fridges in the rooms. Really enjoy staying here.

This is a superb hotel - really can't be faulted. Super chic and really high level of cleanliness and decor. Excellent city centre location within walking distance of everywhere I needed to be. Free car parking for guests too, and full concierge service to sort out any issues. On top of all that, incredible value for money.

It was cold for my liking. I did turn the radiators to max, but only felt the warm on the 2nd night. I did not see a robe either, and lastly the tea cups could be a tad larger/deeper

I loved the room, it was cozy. I also liked the location very much it was in close proximity to where my visits were.
