We got the impression dog were allowed in the restaurant for breakfast the lady with eyeglasses was abit rude to us but over all we enjoyed our stay

Travelling for the week’s business trip with my Swiss colleague, we encountered some issues, we thought the evening meal was expensive for what was served, in general the menu didn’t inspire us just run of the mill fare to deserts seemed chocolate heavy, we had better for less, elsewhere on our week travel around the country. Breakfast was buffet type, which sufficed, and probably suited the majority of guest as most of the guest probably are golfing and probably would be wanting to eat and go.

The room was quite tired and the bathroom had seen better days ( bath panel coming away and think timescale stain on the bath) but completely usable still. The two fire alarms weren’t great from people opening the fire doors especially the 1:20am one but not that staffs fault! The pillows were like air and not it a good way!

The staff were great. Really friendly and approachable. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection. Views over the golf course were lovely!

The rooms are a little tired and could do with some refurbishment but for the money I could easily overlook this.

I wanted to break my journey and decided to re-visit Staverton Park as it is not too far off the M1. The hotel is good value for money with ample parking. Staff are friendly and the bar has a nice, vibrant and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner and breakfast are reasonable and again good value for money.

The customer service could have been better. My friend wasn't told about booking breakfast at time of check in being cheaper than on the day so spent double the first morning they stayed. The breakfast room staff seemed miserable and at times very vacant. The bar staff serving food lacked customer service. We had to get our own cutlery and clear our own tables. It's just felt flat and impersonal.

It was a really nice hotel. We had a fridge in the room and sliding doors to the outside garden areas which were beautiful. Benches to sit on all around the hotel and the pool was clean and inviting.

Pool changing rooms could do with a refresh.

Clean and modern large room (superior). Extra bed provided free of charge. Staff are really friendly. Lobby is lovely, bar food was really good. Kids meal was excellent value for money. Second stay here, would definitely return. Room was also excellent value. Pool was basic, everything you need. Towels provided for £1. £1 coin needed for locker.

The family rooms are spacious but strangely lacking in design and don't feel as homely compared to other rooms.

Staff were really helpful, considerate and all engaged with our 8 month old (which doesn't always happen in hospitality). We could also use the drop off spot when loading/unloading which really made our lives so much easier! We enjoyed breakfast too. We will definitely return.

The leisure centre closed early on Sunday. The breakfast was available till 9.30am but they didn't put out fresh pastries at 9am even though only butter croissant left.

The rooms were spacious, they accomodated our needs and got 2 rooms next to each other with the doors open between the rooms. Both included an extra bed so we could decide who sleeps in which room. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was nice, warm and clean The steam room was out of order, but the sauna was nice. Thw breakfast was delicious.
