Didn't like the way all rooms on the ground floor were built around the pool. It meant zero privacy when sitting outside on your terrace.

Lovely homestay. Good location a short walk to main street. Pool was small but nice and gardens will maintained. The room was small but comfortable and clean.

There was a strong smell when you enter to the room and in the toilet. The were many small ants in the lavatory and in the desk of the bedroom. For one night it’s ok.

The location is ok, close to good cafes and restaurants but the access to main street and the beach is not the best, full of constructions and a bit dark in the night. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The location wasn’t quite as it showed up on the map so I did get a little lost trying to find it in the dark. Also was a little noisy at night as there are a few bars nearby.

They were very accommodating as I had to change dates.. Great happy service. Location and facilities just what I needed. Then for late checkout I stayed at their no 2.for a great price as only needed a shower and rest before flight Perfect

All ok but very basic - small pool, if you sit outside expect to be splashed and move your legs if other guests / staff want to pass. Cant stress though all clean tidy and "just good enough"

Basic, clean & tidy. Bathroom, again clean basic but functional. Breakfast was supplied on ntime but again clean - tidy - basic. Later in break at Sanur went to another hotel with far superior facilities for about an extra £10 per night, which felt like much better value overall.

It could be a bit cleaner and there were ants in the room. The breakfast starts at 7, so if you have to catch an early ferry, you won't get it. Understable, just something to keep in mind.

I have stayed here previously 5 years ago in the same room, number 4 and found that the place is a little tired now. Disappointed with the cleaning which was very ordinary, the bathroom toilet and shower area really need a good scrub. The bed is very hard and both my husband and I suffered with sore backs. Maintenance needs attention, holes drilled into walls and left, main curtain installed back to front, rusty mirror on wardrobe, grubby tiles and toilet in the bathrom.

Location is great, quiet but so close to the main street, walking 6-8 mins to all shops and restaurants. Great warungs and mini-mart close by. Staff are friendly. The manager Evi is very good and helpful. Towels changed daily. Linen changed midway during 7 day stay.

Tricky to reach if transfer via car, as road leading to the location is not wide enough for car access.

Water pressure in shower didn't seem as strong as on our previous stays. A couple of the bath mats were stained and past their use by date. Instructions on how to use the TV/set top box would be useful

Quiet, and conveniently located guest house, close to supermarkets & restaurants, and easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Superior room was a good size, with comfy bed, super cold fridge, TV with good channel selection, reliable wifi, effective air conditioning and bathroom with nice hot rain/hand held shower. There was also an outdoor drying rack, and table with two chairs, overlooking the pool. The pool itself was not big, but sparkling clean and great for a cooling dip or relax in one of the three lounges. A big plus was a water fountain at reception which provided hot, cold and normal temperature water. A la carte breakfast, included in our room rate, was delivered to our room each morning. We tried several options (order the night before); all were simple but tasty, and a great way to start the day. Friendly staff.

One night, we had a very noisy neighbor, but this is not a fault from the guesthouse.

Nice comfortable room, a very large balcony with good chairs. Good warm water in the shower, hot if you like. Well working arcon and ceiling fan. Room had a waterboiler and refrigerator. The breakfast in the room is nice. All staff is very friendly and caring. Close to a small and cheap family market and laundry service. Main road on 300 mtrs, beach on 800. All is better than you could expect from any guesthouse.

The staff, all of them, could not tell me how much was a taxi from the hotel to Sanur Harbour. They should know this. They should help tourists call a taxi and negociate a price ir at least tell the tourists how much is expected so they dont get ripped off. I finally decided to install Gojek and use it.
