Dirty shower long hairs on floor bar not open Friday night closed ?? Also seemed like hotel had asylum seekers there hanging around in reception even put a flag up outside always used this hotel for england games maybe not again

The damaged furniture worn so much there was no leather on the chairs The lack of cleaners to replenish rooms with basics like towels ,clean cupsSlow and bad attitude reception staff ,Who aren't interested,carpets that need replacing because there that worn,ceiling tiles in corridors need replacing ,The hotel is in short a dump,The risk of getting covid in my opinion is increased by staying there

Wine Pillows

Been going to this hotel for a number of years as easy to get to Twickenham on game days. However feel that it is about time this hotel sold nice wines. Very very expensive and like cooking wine. Never had such bad wine and for the price it is a glass... its robbery. Not drinkable. If they got better wines, we would spend more time in the hotel at night. Shocking! Pillows are phenomenally hard too

An overhaul of staff would be a good point to start. No one cares. The reception staff go and hide in a room behind the counter. You can here them laughing behind a wall but to seek their attention is a challenge in itself.

The restaurant was hardly open. Getting a coffee was impossible never mind breakfast. A nember of staff was never to be seen to assist. No housekeeping and no amenities in the room.

One room wasn't ready upon arrival or 9 hours later when we got back after our trip. The one that was had flies in it, hairs in the bed. Generally poor cleanliness

The floor of the room we were given was dirtier than the street outside. We changed rooms. The new one was a bit better. The rooms are not quiet either. You hear everybody else going to bed. You would have thought during lock-down hotels such as this would have had deep cleans and carpets etc replaced. They just want to make quick money and rely on people having one night stays. I WOULD NOT STOP FOR 2 NIGHTS.

I booked a twin-bedded room but was given keys to a double room twice. In the end we left our luggage in the car and went out for the day because we were told a twin room wasn't serviced yet. When we returned late in the evening, we found the twin room hadn't been serviced fully. There was litter in the room and one bed's mattress was soaked with urine! My friend had to change rooms again very late in the evening/night.

The rooms were quite modern in decor and facilties.

The thermostat in the room was broken and the room was very warm and uncomfortable and therefore I woke up at 2pm and did not go back to sleep. In the morning I went for a shower (circa 7:30) and it was cold even after pushing the red button in and having it at the highest setting. The room looked like it was cleaned in a rush. The windows externally were extremely dirty which was a tell tale sign as to how things were going to play out. The toilet in the lobby was extremely tatty, smelt awful and had graffiti in places. my room wasn’t ready, despite arriving an hour after check in time, the receptionist just shrugged and said that’s it…so I’ve had to share a double bed with my now very close friend instead of having a double room like I booked

we stayed in room 846 was fairly clean we soon noticed that the fire alarm had been coved with clean film and couldn’t reach it. and the room smelt of fags. we woke up for breakfast the following morning and it was so unorganised the was nothing of anything and there was only one cook witch was ridiculous so we was there for just over 1hour and didn’t eat anything.

The room was not great bed was small for two of us. air con didn't work, neither did the fridge or safe couldn't open a window They did move us to another room when we said about things that were broken.breakfast was included in are price which was a buffet. It was very limited and very bland no pastry not much choice of cerals or fruits .no cheese ,slice meats .hot food was dry and tasteless only brown or white bread which was only good for toast But what really annoying was we were there for 4 days and no one cleaned the room even when I left sign out to clean it which they would have seen it. as they took are empty takeaway bag I left out side door. Room we got was smaller but they didn't compensate us for it .

When we got there about 10am on first day we were delighted that they gave are room to us eairly as we had been traveling from 4am that morn Then it went wrong
