Second time staying here, amazing experience. Walking distance to the main attractions, fully equipped kitchen, very spacious, and I like the alternative vives of being in a container.

The room was not ready until 20 mins after agreed check in time - disappointing. The remote booking is ok and staff helpful when we needed to phone but be prepared for this. The room was cold on arrival and there are no instructions about how to work things. The shower room never warmed up although the water was always hot. You can’t watch tv in bed, installing it on an arm would be much better.

The kitchen facilities; fridge, combi microwave, equipment etc were good and you could have cooked simple meals if wished. The space overall was good for London. It is a shipping container and the whole ‘hotel’ is utilitarian but Lower Marsh is a life very street which feels safe and has plenty of facilities plus easy to walk to the south Thames walkway and Waterloo station.

I found it a little dark in the container. Unfortunately we didn't have a curtain, so had to have the black out blind down most of the time.

Great facilities and had the extra touches like an iron, hairdryer and toiletries. Really nice and modern and a lot quieter than I thought it would be, especially being right near Waterloo station.

The automatic light in bathroom that took 10 min to shut off, no way to turn off yourself, too bright in the middle of the night.

There is no concierge, so could not leave luggage before or after check in. You can hear noise from the railway station especially at evening when its quiet, but we are aware of this before booking. The pillow not the best too soft for me. One of the cleaning staff knock your door at 10 am asking you to check out, as far as I know check out time is 11.00.

Location, close to the center, lots of convenience store nearby. Good amenities, small kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, you can easily cook full meal, but we did not. Spacious and clean room. The apart has laundry facility, but we didn’t use it.

it was very close to the train station which caused alot of noise at night and sometimes shook the whole room. there was no luggage room while check in was at 4 pm. regular flights usual arrive prior to that time. In my case arrived to the city at 6am and had to find a place to safekeep my luggage for 2 hours while walking for the remaining house

Everything was good I just requested more security around knowing the door is locked once inside.

Everything you need to have good days, super comfortable bed, clever innovations like electric blinds, even a dishwasher. Great value for money and a good location. Even left ear plugs to help with being close to the train.

it’s a bit noisy outside due to the proximity to train station and when we arrived the access code provided did not work for the room door.

close to Waterloo station and the premises were modern and good . fully equipped with dishes, glasses and microwave and fridge. The person that follow up with the reservation was very nice.
