Several steps to reach entrance to hotel. Staff not offten available for service, often had to wait for staff to appear. Took a long time to get extra toilet paper, etc. Breakfast is served and finishes very early, between 7 and 9.30 in the morning.

A spacious en-suite ground-floor double room near the reception. Key card access to both room and hotel. Tactile number on door room. Carpeted room. Good speed free WiFi. Several plug sockets in room. Large comfy double bed with bed sheets, pillows and thick duvet. Bath towels included in room. Large en-suite bathroom with toilet paper, hand soap, good shower with hot water and good power. Rubbish bin in room and bathroom. Free tea-coffee, plus sugar, milk and small chocolate bars. Ocasionally, free orange juice is offered. Room cleaned daily. Desk in room by radiator. Large windows giving nice views, large curtains to cover windows. Comfy armchair in room. Vegan/vegitarian breakfast available for a fee, also restaurant for evening meals. Located reasonably close to Norwich train station. Walking distance to some shops and eateries.

Room and Facilities: dim light in the room (although lamps help a lot); room door operated by a card and I could not lock it from inside; duvet a little old maybe?

Some furniture needed a makeover but all functional and bed, bedding, wallpaper and ensuite good.

The duvet is a bit stuffy. Furniture needs some upkeep.

The hotel has a room for three and it's spacious with one double bed and one single bed and a sitting area by the window with two single sitters. It's a ten minute walk to the train station. Good attention to details. Each bed has a side cabinet. There are ample drawers for clothes etc.

As I had mobility problems the stairs to the loft were challenging and the roof height around the bed could be a challenge to a taller person but I'm only 4'11!!

The little extras like complimentary cold drinks. Also the aircon unit in the room.

Attic room and couldn’t stand up straight in 50% of the room. You could hear the wind blowing and did find the room a bit cold.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good refreshments provided.

It was a lovley room and the cleaner come everyday I only met 2 staff once when I came and one when I was leaving but I was never in. bed was comfortable and room was massive

Could,nt get the room door to lock when inside the room , would lock when I left the room, so I put a small cupboard with the tea station in front of the door , apart from that no other issues , did,nt worry me at all .

Ideally placed for the train station and the city centre , polite staff , room was clean , shower room was superb plenty of towels / shampoo etc .
