Convenient driving trip stop-over location. Out of town so easy if you have a car. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good room size. Large comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained. Ate in the bar area - decent burger. Restaurant option available. Good spread for buffet breakfast. Overall a very well run establishment. Would stay again.

Breakfast was ok, quite wide product list; Swimming pool was nice, as well as the Gym, very well equipped; Only remark, the GYM opening time should be 24h, in my opinion. Sauna, even if was indicating 90 Celsius, was not hot enough.. For the rest, good place and pleasant staff, suggested! For sure, in case I will need an hotel in this area, I will go back! Ah, Fast Charging station for EV in the location, very usefull!!

Really good location and lovely staff when we arrived late. Very helpful polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good and relaxing as it was a hot buffet with great choice. Room was nice but one area let our stay down was the bed. Simply too HARD. Hence not a good night’s sleep. Would I stay again-Yes if bees changed. The hotel could do with some maintenance/update I. Certain areas.

Restrictions on the use of the gym and swimming pool. It should be restricted times for 12 year olds and under for the pool and use of gym 14 years upwards (as per our local gym). We wanted to go out for the day and come back to use the pool but it was only open for under 18s up until 19.00 PM. Meant we couldn't use it on the first day of our stay. The games room is great but too small and you had to wait for the person before you to finish and then hire out the equipment for the pool and table tennis. We booked as this was one of the features (along with the pool) which our teens would and did enjoy, once we got the equipment booked out. The steam room was not very warm. Our starter took over an hour to come on the night we ate in, the restaurant staff were very apologetic.

Breakfast was great. Bar was lovely and relaxing. Rooms pleasant enough (maybe a few more toiletries e.g. shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) Lovely location.

The staff were friendly, guiding us through the daily breakfast offer and dinner menu. We ate at the Hotel every day, and could build a good report with everyone. The swimming pool was well laid out for a few lengths while the children could play in the area that wasn't so deep. Kids enjoyed the games room.

The sauna and steam room need improvement and the dinner bed and breakfast package was silly. So not a bargain or price for package disappointing.

The bathroom are a little tired

Positioned between Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. You can catch a bus to Stratford Upon Avon outside the hotel to save parking Spa with pool and steam /sauna great for families Movie room is Netflix £3 PP with popcorn and sweets included Great buffet breakfast. Helpful staff with special orders. Restaurant and bar food is good standard Staff make the hotel - very attentive

The hotel is not well signaled on the road, especially if you are arriving at night. The private road leading to the hotel parking lot is in disrepair(potholes and uneaven road surface. The pool table was never available to us(other guests would block book the different activities. No fridge/mini-bar in the room. The restaurant had a predictable menu,expected more from the hotel rate.

Staff were generally friendly but some struggled with payment systems in the restaurant and reception. Restaurant manager messed up some bills and spent time giving special treatment to one table while others neglected. When we were checking out we were asked to pay extra for our room rate, we had booked and paid fully in advance through booking.com but they wanted us to make up the difference to their current in-house rate. I refused and told them to take it up with booking.com.

Food was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Dogs allowed at £25 per day and plenty of open fields for walking.

The games room was not as good as it looked in the pictures e.g there was just a table tennis table, pool table and basket ball shoot. The pre-school room looked nice though. Also we were disappointed that the cinema room only showed Netflix shows and it was a payable service. The mattress were a little bit too firm for us and we thought putting the towel rack over the toilets was not very hygienic.

The hotel is big so although there were a lot of people at the hotel it never felt crowded or too busy. There was ample parking too. The pool was lovely, and we did not need to book time slots unlike some other hotels, so it was a more relaxing experience not having watch the clock. The family rooms are a bit small but nicely decorated.

Lovely spacious clean hotel. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Leisure facilities are great too. And we really enjoyed playing pool in the games room
