Bar staff were quite rude and felt it appropriate to complain about other staff to us. Then got angry with us, when they gave us the wrong drink and we asked for it to be right.

Reception staff lovely and helpful, rooms and facilities all clean and tidy.

Beds were uncomfortable. There were some slight decor parts that could be touched up. Deluxe rooms were far away from main facilities, and were only accessible via stairs - this was not made obvious when given the option to upgrade.

Friendly staff, lovely spacious room, tasty breakfast with lots of variety, bar staff very helpful and accommodating (especially Grace and Millie).

Bacon was stacked to high for breakfast, so the top slices didn't keep warm, they were cold..

The room was adequate but not exceptional - expected more for the price. Little things like no tumblers in the bathroom, no cushions for the chairs, grouting in the bathroom needed refreshing. We expected a bit more 'luxury'. There was a bare wire connecting the bedside light and one of the rails in the bath came off the wall - if it wasn't supposed to be a grab rail, there should have been a warning notice (room 111). This was reported but no maintenance staff available at the weekend.

12.45am loud drunk argumentative men in the corridor. Very scary. Reception no. Not on the telephone. Couldn’t contact anyone to sort it. Police present the following morning.

The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool.

Gym is very small for the size of hotel and lacking in equipment Swimming pool was large but the changing rooms need updated

Told we would not need to book for dinner. Then told we did. Then would be 20 minutes to sort tables. Would actually only be 3-5 minutes but because they had said 20 minutes, just ruined mood. Would have been better to say 'just give me a minute to move tables around' and approach positively rather than negatively.

Good location, pool good (but pool hours for children don't work with breakfast hours). Room functional. Kids enjoyed games room.

Very very very minor but since you asked: shower curtain gets in the way when showering as the bath is narrow.

Comfortable, clean and convenient for an event that was held at the hotel itself. Good-sized swimming pool. Quiet room. Good breakfast.

The only thing that could be improved, is the lighting at the entrance and roadway up to the hotel. We caught the bus into Town and back a couple of times and there was no lighting when we walked up from the main road at night.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Having the games room and cinema room was a welcome addition. The accommodation was clean and the restaurants supplied a good choice of food. Breakfast was particularly good.

Evening meal - air dried ham was 95% fat and inedible - rye bread was dry - as if left out for a week and again inedible

Dinner. Very slow service. Filet steak inedible.Had to ask twice for water. 4 items were put on our bill that we hadn't ordered or eaten. Spoilt our stay.

Strange to see guests wandering around in robes by the reception area as the spa is right next to it, don’t think I’ve ever seen that before as usually spas are away from the reception desk. It doesn’t have a mini fridge in the room, there was no details about how much the cinema room is to book as we would of liked to of used it or at least seen it to decide whether we wanted to use it.

Changing room could do with updating and gents toilet not working properly.

Great location for Stratford and Warwick. Staff very friendly and hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable and exactly what booking said. Breakfast had a great selection of food from cerial to full English, dinner in the evening was good, however a little expensive, bar food again good but pricey. Swimming pool and surrounding area very clean, changing rooms could do with a face lift. Will visit again if in the area.

The property is very good, no complaints there but the breakfasts could be better, would like a freshly cooked egg not one that was cooked 1 hour before I bet there.

Friendly with a homely feeling, love the pool. Very good bar area…. Just very nice place to stay.

Restaurant menu is a little limited, food is nice enough though. My husband had the fish and chips, beautifully presented, but the fish was slightly smoked, very unusual. It was perfectly edible but I think if he’d known it had a smoky flavour he might have ordered something else!!!

This is a very nice hotel and whilst there are others much nearer to the centre of Stratford I think I would prefer to stay here and travel into the centre (3 miles) and be away from the traffic and noise. Very quiet at night and we all slept very well.

Wi-Fi patchy and required frequent reconnection. Phone signal dropped every now and then.
