The gym wasn't very clean or the outside sitting area. The outside seating area needed a good tidy up, it was very pleasant sitting out there.

There was plenty of seating around the hotel very useful for elderly family members. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. The staff were all friendly.

Excellent staff, always happy to help. Lots of facilities for children. Restaurant lovely. Kids loved the game and cinema room. Quiet, nice rooms.

I feel the Spa needs a bit of attention. There was a 'dirty drain' smell in the ladies changing area and the showers have cracked tiles/mould staining on the silicone sealant along the bottom. I also thought the breakfast service was a little poor. I had to ask for butter and waited a long time for that, they also ran out of fried eggs so I had to wait for them too. By the time you've waited for these things the other breakfast items you've put on your plate are getting cold. I think breakfast buffet is fine but it needs to be replenished sufficiently to ensure no delays. I think the hotel would benefit from serving a pot of coffee or tea at the table as again, going up and down to get coffee, food, etc. just makes the breakfast experience less enjoyable as you are very conscious that every time you walk away from your table to get a drink your food is getting cold!

On approach to the hotel it looks very impressive. The reception area was really lovely and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The best thing about the hotel - the staff. They are all very friendly and go out of their way to talk to you which makes you feel very welcome

We were a large family gathering. The hotel met all our needs. We enjoyed the pool and the games room . My son was impressed that the things in the games room were free and in good condition. Breakfast was delicious . The beds were very comfy . All the staff were helpful . A great stay .

Nothing to quibble about.

Convenient driving trip stop-over location. Out of town so easy if you have a car. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good room size. Large comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained. Ate in the bar area - decent burger. Restaurant option available. Good spread for buffet breakfast. Overall a very well run establishment. Would stay again.

Breakfast was ok, quite wide product list; Swimming pool was nice, as well as the Gym, very well equipped; Only remark, the GYM opening time should be 24h, in my opinion. Sauna, even if was indicating 90 Celsius, was not hot enough.. For the rest, good place and pleasant staff, suggested! For sure, in case I will need an hotel in this area, I will go back! Ah, Fast Charging station for EV in the location, very usefull!!

Really good location and lovely staff when we arrived late. Very helpful polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good and relaxing as it was a hot buffet with great choice. Room was nice but one area let our stay down was the bed. Simply too HARD. Hence not a good night’s sleep. Would I stay again-Yes if bees changed. The hotel could do with some maintenance/update I. Certain areas.

Restrictions on the use of the gym and swimming pool. It should be restricted times for 12 year olds and under for the pool and use of gym 14 years upwards (as per our local gym). We wanted to go out for the day and come back to use the pool but it was only open for under 18s up until 19.00 PM. Meant we couldn't use it on the first day of our stay. The games room is great but too small and you had to wait for the person before you to finish and then hire out the equipment for the pool and table tennis. We booked as this was one of the features (along with the pool) which our teens would and did enjoy, once we got the equipment booked out. The steam room was not very warm. Our starter took over an hour to come on the night we ate in, the restaurant staff were very apologetic.

Breakfast was great. Bar was lovely and relaxing. Rooms pleasant enough (maybe a few more toiletries e.g. shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) Lovely location.
