Great location close to the tube, nice restaurants and other things in the neighborhood. We had a 3 person room and it was very spacious and clean. Nice to have the shower in one room and then the toilet in another room. A small kitchenette with a fridge was nice to have so we could have light snacks and breakfast. We all agreed that we would for sure book this again if we would travel to London again. All and all I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a really nice and central neighbourhood and it’s very close to a metro stop. Quality-price is amazing for London standards. The rooms are small but functional and clean.

Accomodation was excellant, location was excellant close to all the sights and a beautiful area, quick walk to tube. I must commend management and staff they were professional and amazing when I had an issue with luggage they went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend these apartments and would certainly stay there again if I were return to London

Apartment is small, but this is usual for central areas of London (still very well equipped, we did not miss anything). Apartment not well isolated and we could clearly hear noises from the building, which even woke us up earlier in the morning.

Location is well positioned, few minutes walk from subway and many other facilities (including M&S). The building is recently renovated, everything is really clean, we felt safe and comfortable. Apartment very well equipped, all facilities available and very well integrated given the available space.

The location was perfect! Close to the Tube, close to the shops, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and everything within easy walking distance. The room was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay in London.

The room was too small for three persons, the extended couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on and you can hear everything from the next rooms or the hallway.

This is a great spot to stay in London, very close to Earl's Court Underground Station, which gives easy access to Londons attractions. There are a variety of eateries nearby, and the area is quiet. The room itself is quite small but has everything you need and is recently renovated. Would recommend staying here

Windows are not good at noise blocking but knowing strict UK rules about renovations I understand the problem one might have in complying with rules and providing better noise insulation.

As mentioned in other comments the bed was pushed up against one wall which made getting in and out for one person a little difficult. I booked the deluxe apartment in the hope of having access to both sides of the bed but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. The bed was very firm which might suit some people but we found it rather uncomfortable. Also agree with other people’s comment that a bedside light would have been nice.

Spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there. Cooking facilities were fine for breakfast and for preparing meals from marks and Spencer’s which was just down the street on Earl’s Court road. Location very pleasant and very short walk to tube station . Restaurants also just down the street . Easy to access building on arrival and staff very friendly. We found the apartment was very quiet

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable as the way you stretched it made the bed surface not even.

As a family of 3 we were very pleased by our stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful! The location of the property is amazing as it is very close to the underground and has many restaurants, convenient stores, and pubs nearby. The whole place was extremely clean and quiet. If we ever get in town again, we will definitely stay again!

Walls were a tad thin. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

The location is a stone's throw away from Earl's Court Underground, yet it is around a quiet corner very quiet and quaint away from the hustle and bustle. Laundry and cooking facilities are available, with hairdryer and iron, all of which are greatly appreciated. Minimal interaction with staff, there were many guests but you couldn't really tell as we rarely saw them. Nothing to complain really, absolutely 💯
