Our room was in the old part, which your staff kindly moved us to in order to accommodate our dates. The room was lovely but a bit dark during the day and we were unable to let any air in.

Very central. Great room service and the reception staff were efficient but friendly and welcoming.

Felt the breakfast could have been more extensive. Eg Better selection of cereal and fresh fruit available with all breakfast choices. Also no conditioner provided.

Water in showers ran very hot and was hard to get the right temp, no idea why could be thermostat set to high on boiler

Central location. Hotel was lovely nice and clean with comfortable beds. For the bargain price we got two rooms and were very happy with them . Staff friendly

Windows not very soundproof, we where on 5th floor and could hear conversations happening on the street below. Bacon was slightly over cooked at breakfast. Majority of the staff where lovely, some not as helpful as others.

Room was perfect and super clean. Great central location. We got complimentary bubbles also which was a nice touch. We could leave our bags at the hotel whilst we went into the city before we headed home.

On arrival they wished my daughter happy birthday and asked if we would like a travel cot. It was brought to our room in minutes.

Bar,restaurant and hotel price is getting close to what you would pay in Dublin

Hotel is well appointed, Spotlessly clean.Beds are comfortable. Staff are attentive and courteous. Dinner was good with huge portions .Would return.

It was a little noisy in room on Saturday night due to party in hotel but noise calmed down around midnight

As I said the bad bar man you had cocktail list but for some reason he choose not to help bit lazy if U ask me

The staff on front desk were amazing so helpful couldn't do enough for us and there was a girl dark hair tall working behind bar she made us the most amazing cocktail nothing faded her on other hand there was barman with beard and when U asked for cocktail he wasn't bit helpful just said can't make them not good so bit disappointed with him if I'm honost

The location was perfect and we booked a room with a city view. The room was huge! And the bathroom had a lovely big bath. On check-in Erin was fab, super friendly and our room was ready earlier than expected which was brilliant. So glad I picked this hotel to celebrate my husbands birthday, can't fault anything at all! We will definitely be returning when we have chance, such a beautiful city 😍

Everything was great, no complaints.

Hotel is located in a central location, most staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Food was lovely. Nice bar area

We wanted two single beds but was given a double. But I shared with my mum so not the end of the world.

Great central location clean and stylish. The morning matre’d and his breakfast staff were absolutely brilliant they couldn’t do enough for us at breakfast time. I think his name was Mohammed. Apologies if this is wrong and a lovely lady named Shirley or Sheila went above and beyond to make our food perfect and exactly what we wanted the food was delicious aswell so hats off to the chef. It was my second visit and I will definitely be back!

The only downside was we could hear loud music from a party until 11:30. However, it was stated in our confirmation email that we could request a quiet room and we didn’t do that so that was on us. We weren’t expecting there to be a party on a Wednesday night, so definitely request a quiet room if you need one!

Great location, beautiful hotel, good choice at breakfast, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make sure my 3 month old son was comfortable.

Rooms seemed too warm despite trying to adjust temperature. Limited selection of healthy breakfast items such as natural yoghurt, fresh fruit salad etc. Breakfast felt a little hurried. Please can your pre stay email be updated?

Central location, great reception staff (thank you Chloe!), well appointed room. Good, controllable shower and modern bathroom. Everything very clean. Good storage .

It all.....amazing room.....staff asked was it a occasion which it was my birthday .....put a card in the room with some chocolates lovely touch.....ate in the restaurant downstairs food was exceptional will be back again.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Had a lovely stay. Room was very comfortable and overlooked the City Hall and grounds. Also one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Girl on Reception check-in (didn't have a name badge) was excellent. Great customer service and rapport with the guests. Bar staff were also fantastic. This hotel is a great advertisement for what Belfast is all about. Well done Ten Square X
