No toiletries in bathroom ie no soap for washing hands and only one toilet roll you had to buy two for£1 I have been on many holidays all over Europe never had to purchase toilet rolls . Coffee shop on the one occasion I went in there had no cake or biscuits you could buy to have with a coffee .

No WiFi - to be fair, not advertised as having it, but I would expect it to be available, and if not, that should be made clear. Only 4 items of crockery / cutlery so constantly washing up.

Weather was awful! The swimming pool was open only until 4pm (website says 5pm), no food or coffee in the main customer service hall (that was supposed to be according to the description on the website). 1 towel for each person and if you want more, you need to pay extra. Bedding very cheap, so thin I felt like I slept under the piece of paper (even 2 pillows didn't do the trick!).Jacuzzi button 2&3 didn't work. Extra fee for towels, toilet paper (they supplied you with 1roll for 3people over 4days!)Extra fee for everything but they supplied you with 1 for 3 people! Lights in the bathroom not good, very dim. Sink in the kitchen and bathroom needs a proper scrub!

I really liked the ambience. We visited in the off peak times and wasn't busy or loud. I can't think of any such downsides. The staff were very polite and welcoming too. Ps: Some of the properties have hot tub towards the front which in my opinion is a privacy issue.

It was good to have the hot tub. However, some properties have hot tub in the front and doesnt have great privacy.

The accommodation was great value for money , it really was a home away from home , it was well furnished and warm and a great place to set up base , the shower was amazing and even allowed you to choose from a stand in shower or a hand held shower if you needed to rise of swim wear. The beds were comfortable enough and the duvets were comfy and warm

I would have liked to have had WiFi in the cottage, but that was the only thing! Parking would be a little tight if the resort was full, but due to the time of year I went it wasn't an issue.

I booked 3 nights here for a short break away and had a lovely time. The plan was to relax and switch off from the world, and this was a very comfortable and cosy place to do this! Very clean cottage, it was a home from home.

There was no internet anywhere inside or outside. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on and the beds were uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn't used as the garden was very muddy. Would be great in summer but winter not good. Maybe pave the area.

We found an old sock and bits of food under one of the beds. Couldn't have the windows open as the doors kept knocking in the cross breeze, even with 1 window open. Beds were not the most comfortable, including the sofa bed which was very very uncomfortable. Did not seem like the floors had been cleaned before we arrived

The hot tub was brilliant, even in the 4 degree weather. Dishwasher always a bonus. Double bedroom was a good size, we even managed to fit a travel cot in there. Shower was also very good.

There wasn't much to dislike! Minor things like no remote for bedroom tv, one lamp not working, however, I am sure if we had reported this they would have been corrected.

Staff pleasant and friendly. Nice, modern rooms and well decorated. Some lovely touches inc. cleaning products. Clean and very warm hot tub, covered and ready to use. Plenty of towels supplied. We were lucky to have the last bungalow in the row, so very private. Lovely warm bungalow.
