Too much people smoking outside and our room is facing the area. We have to close all the window in order not to suffocate to death. The hotel should restrict people from smoking right below the windows with ppl staying in room.

The room was adequate but difficult to get a hot shower at times. A washbasin needed unblocking for us (but the hotel did deal with it promptly). Breakfast was adequate but not value for money at the hotel price of £133 per night. Of four hotels on our Scottish tour this was the most expensive and by far the least value for money.

This is a large hotel, centrally located in Forth William so very convenient for the town centre. The bar & restaurant offered good food at good prices in the evenings.

Cold tap on bath did not work. Room was on 2nd floor with many steps and very tiring to negotiate. Left suitcases at reception as to carry them up would have been a nightmare, though they did say they would help. Watched while a family with a wheelchair son was given the 1st floor. What a shame.

Clean, nice breakfast. Good location for centre of Fort William.

Reception staff not very friendly. No welcome when we arrived and never spoke at all when handing in key. Very limited parking next to hotel. Wouldnt recommend hotel if any mobilty problems as no lift. Dampness in bathroom as well as basin having a huge crack in it also toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Water in shower was also lukewarm

The location is fantastic. The breakfast had good variety and they were able to accommodate vegetarian diet. It was a bit cold but they had electric heaters in the room.

Some of the Restaurant staff were morose and expected us to understand their systems. My room was on the top floor, and there is no elevator.

I felt it was a bit outdated and mixed reviews on the staff... Some were nice, and others could hardly smile Lots of stairs to our room, and they made a noise when you used them. It wasn't for us...

Bathroom not very clean. Poor variety for the breakfast. Free parking spaces are very limited. Very expensive for what is provided.
