Luxury room 110 looks nothing like the photo, no sofa for example. Also the street noise from the pub /club goes on until at least 2am, I'm surprised these rooms aren't on the higher floors. Also to mirror some other comments the plumbing is noisy. Just felt like the place was in need of refurbishment unlike some other wetherspoons hotels.

Aircon would have been a nice to have. Had a lead under the bath tub when using the shower too, but nothing that would put me off coming back.

First time staying in a spoons hotel, pleasantly surprised. It gave an older style hotel vibe, but it was well maintained, comfortable, cosy and clean. Went that little bit further on your room hot drink options, with hot chocolate sachets and oat milk. You could take your mugs down for refills at any point too. Lady on reception gave a through overview of everything too.

I have stayed here on many occasions and love it there. Great Location for just about every activity in Brum. Five minutes walk from New Street Station. Always comfortable, friendly and great value.

Unfortunately woken at 5am whilst they were changing barrels (I assume) I couldn't see. But it didn't stop me from turning over once they had finished.

Excellent location so close to the station. Very easy for food and drink especially as I was travelling alone until joined by family. Very helpful staff and I enjoyed my stay if only for one night. All facilities you want, including an iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. And a bonus of free tea or coffee with your cups from the room in the restaurant. Every little helps.

The bed was a little too hard for a really comfy sleep!

The location is great - a few minutes from New Street Station. Plus. I like the historical details - telling us about Edward Burne Jones, the Pre Raphaelite artist.

Plumbing needs a little attention. Slow water drainage from sink and bath tap very difficult to fully turn off.

We were within a spit of Birmingham Town Hall where we were attending a music concert and a short walk from New Street Railway Station. Plenty of local shops to purchase whatever, comfortable room and downstairs in the well stocked and extremely popular bar a choice of superb food that can be consumed in the comfort of one's own hotel room. Very well laid out hotel room, comfortable bed. A lift to the floors made things very much easier too.

I just took a point off room facilities as no drawer space.

Outstanding check in. Spacious, comfortable single room, very quiet, excellent security. Internal access to integrated Wetherspoons pub which had superb service for evening meal and breakfast. Perfect location a few minutes walk from New Street station. This will be my hotel of choice for Birmingham.

The tv remote control didn't work so i had to stand on a chair every time i needed to change channel which wasn't ideal.

I stayed over as was going on a works outing. I, therefore, did not eat in the restaurant. My double room was very airy, bright and clean.
