Leaking sink all down one side causing a BIG puddle over part of the wash area.Reported and moved to different room and no problem after.

Shame there are no balconies in this hotel.I feel also it's a little bit over priced.

We had family rooms. Mine was not comfortable as the toilet is oddly placed. No hooks in the bathroom so overall not very comfy. Breakfast was very cold as the burners were always off. Coffee was cold too. Food was the same everyday except one morning and taste was disappointing.

Location was very convenient to walk around old town and even go to various sites. The hotel had a taxi service so ask them in advance.

It just needs a major overhaul, we spent time in the pool but it’s not overly inviting. The breakfast is odd as even when it’s quiet they keep putting fried eggs out so they become cold. As it’s not busy anyway I don’t understand why they just don’t cook them when someone asks for them.

The air conditioner blew directly on my face when sleeping which I couldn't change (i hate this). The pillows were old & lumpy, however when I asked for an extra one, it was provided & the new one was much nicer. The water pressure in the shower also faded out, then would come back to life about every 8 seconds, which was fairly annoying.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent. Very easy to walk everywhere. The room was spacious.

The location is on the outside of the main city but still easy to walk in and to get a taxi to the airport!

It is in the old city. So easy to visit a lot of interesting sites. Restaurants, bars and shops close by. Been here before pandemic, was better then.

The breakfast was just eggs, bread and some fruit. If you don't eat eggs, there was no alternative.

Check-in and check-out were easy. Drinking water supplied to room. Toilettries supplied. Clean sheets and towels.

Breakfast options were limited but acceptable given the price you pay. Don’t expect a full buffet breakfast for the price. There are plenty of places round and about to choose from if you prefer. As others have stated, the pool furniture should be replaced. The pool itself is fine but a small investment in some new pool furniture would certainly help raise the tone of the whole hotel.

The location was perfect, close to so much and with plenty of transport options constantly passing by. The hotel also has a very friendly tour organiser in the lobby. The beds are very comfortable and the linen clean and fresh. The standard rooms have very small windows and the rooms dark. If this doesn’t bother you then you will not get better value in the old town for this kind of quality. Otherwise go for one of their deluxe or superior rooms, still great value.

The place is situated perfectly in Chiang Mai. Close to restaurants, money exchange places, things to see and the Tuk Tuk Service is super.

The location was central to all the things that I needed. The lady who was advising tourists and driving a Tuk Tuk was extremely helpful.
