Staff was exceptional, very clean, breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable, bathtub was amazing, and great places like an outdoor patio to hang out.

There could be some more lights in the room. It feels quite dark. Especially at the closet and at the bar. Otherwise its a lovely and very comfortable room.

The room was very cosy, the bed very comfortable and I loved the design of the room. The staff was very helpfull and the coffee in the pub is very tasty. I would really happily reccomend this place to anyone who doesnt have mobility restrictions, as the room was under the roof.

Flights of stairs , staff also offered to carry luggage , so was not a problem for me .. If you need a lift/elevator this is not an option for you ..

Location is great for Apollo Hammersmith , just 10 min walk with Broadway Shopping center on route . Will return when another event ..

The bathroom sink drained very slowly and we mentioned this to the staff when we left. The towel rack did not heat. The plumbing in the shower was a little unusual and it would be helpful to foreign guests to have some written instructions for how to operate the multiple taps. Our room on the second floor at the front of the hotel was very noisy (traffic, sirens, hotel patrons).

The room was well-appointed, clean, and well-serviced. We had some breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. The menus are somewhat limited but all the items we tried were delicious and the staff were very attentive. My only suggestion is to have more fresh fruit options for breakfast. The location was great with close proximity to the underground and restaurants. Overall, the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable.

The room and the bath were very spacious. The room had an amazing decoration and everything from the shampoo to the minibar items were hand-picked. The breakfast was great. Room service was extraordinary.

Our room was facing the front so could hear the traffic but I must say it was not very noisy. We waiting a little for check in for the person to come, normally it would have been fine but we were in a hurry. Overall, nothing really bad to say!

We like the style and decoration of the room, the look of the hotel/pub. It had good secured access (with badges). the fact it had a nice pub was a plus but we did not have time to enjoy/test. there is also a small garden/seating area.

I didn't like that the bar person sold us drinks on the first night and 5 minutes later, started to shut down the pub for the night ( music off,, spraying cleaner around us, etc). Also the room had a bit of a musty smell. Having said this, it was a great stay for me and my daughter for our London outing. I would stay there again.

It would be a great addition to have slippers available for guests, as it enhances comfort and adds a touch of luxury to the stay. Many travelers appreciate having this small amenity, especially when walking around the room or using the bathroom.

Title: Excellent Stay in London I recently stayed at this hotel in London and had a fantastic experience. The location is superb, situated between two major tube stations with direct links to Heathrow Airport and the city center. The area itself is vibrant, with plenty of charming houses, shops, and restaurants nearby. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Since the room was available, she allowed us to check in early, and upon departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours. The room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights of the hotel is the pub/bar on the ground. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

It felt a little stuffy in the room. The windows were open but maybe it just needs airing a bit more.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They took good care of us and really went the extra mile. The breakfast was amazing. I had pancakes which were made -and not from a pack! The others had vegetarian cooked breakfast which was great too. Loved the green views. So much to like about this place.
