Nothing major! Would have liked bacon for breakfast ha. It's the only pork I'll eat and they had every kind BUT over the course of our stay. Pillows were flat and lackluster. Otherwise, it met our needs really well.

Loved that they had a big room to fit our family. The staff was super nice and helpful when we spoke with them. Especially the first day (the man who greeted us when we arrived and the blonde lady later that day), but all days. The breakfast ladies seemed a little grumpy but that's OK. To be fair I didn't try to talk to them, ha. Their faces suggested I should just let them do their job. 🤣 Desk staff really nice, even with all our kids. Appreciated that. Sometimes desk staff can come across snobby or impatient but they didn't. Premises were clean wherever we went, and breakfast was good. It was a good stay for our small group traveling!

The front desk was accommodating to my group. Stayed with a group of 13 for my bachelorette and had plenty of space in the three rooms booked! They tried their best for us to be on the same floor and altogether; only one room ended up being on a lower floor, but the front desk was very transparent about it.

Backs and sides of table and doors were visibly dirty. Need a way to get ahold of staff if they aren’t behind the desk. Had to stand and wait and hope that somebody came out to help us when we needed something.

Parking was stinky ! Had to park all the way behind the hotel. Alone mom, so it was kind of creepy parking by the garbage dumpster.

The Ice Machines were out. But staff went the extra miles to get my cooler full for the days games. Thank you

There was a large piece of the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower that should really be fixed before it falls into the shower.😱😱

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very spacious and the distance to the Plex was perfect.

this is the second Hilton I stayed at in three days that didn't have any bedding for the pullout sofa. I realize is easy to just call. I removed the stained cushions and there were crumbs on top of the pullout. I proceeded to pull out the sofa and there was a sock at the top of the bed. I put the sofa bed back in and slept on top of the cushions. There was a hot chocolate station in the lobby, but the hot waster was empty, and the marsh mellows were empty. Now, I don't need any marsh mellows, my point is if the stations isn't stocked properly, they should take it down for the evening. We were told breakfast was at 6am, which suited are purpose, since we had to be on the road early, but when we got down to the lobby, we were told there was a mistake and breakfast will not be at 7am. Unfortunately, since it was christmas day, nothin else was open expect the gas station.

they lied to me about the price of the stay, over charged me, also charged two of my cards. Told me they would refund me and didn’t. Just beware of when you pay for your room to pay attention to the charge.

The fire alarm went off and I had to walk all the way around the building and I'm disabled in the rain and cold to get back in the front door of the building and get the all clear .

room smelled like cigarette smoke…. I had to go to Walgreens and buy freshener PLUS candles to be able to tolerate the room… was told no other room was available because they were “booked” and was told the manager would “take care of it” when she arrived the next day. Well the next day has come and gone … I checked out and upon checking out I mentioned it again… I was told that the manager was “aware of it” and had taken care of it…. the full charge of the room has cleared my account..NOTHING was taken care of. I am a Hilton rewards member and I normally only stay at Hilton hotels/ suites and this Homewood suites is a FAR CRY from the usual experience that I have when staying with Hilton.

pool was horrible. small and whirlpool was broken. tiny hideous pool room and you had to walk outside to the neighboring hotel to use the pool.

The parking was sparse. The first room we were given had stains on the bed coverings, the pillow cases were wrinkled, and the room was dusty. We were moved to a different room that the manager had wiped down before we settled in. The stove top was not clean. With Covid times and everything "wiped "down and streaky you just don't get a clean vibe. It is a shame things were not cleaner as the facility is new and the rooms are nice and spacious.
