The narrow and tall stairways, which can't be helped given the age of the building. The room could have been a little warmer but it's a minor thing nothing major.

Loved the spaciousness of the room, the facilities and little touches were welcoming. Staff were friendly warm and polite. Loved our stay at the brook green hotel and will definitely be coming back.

Location was perfect for my business trip, right near my meeting venue. The room was compact and bijou but had everything needed and was very comfortable, a great use of the space. Comfortable bed, great décor and facilities. The breakfast was cooked fresh, high quality ingredients.

There is no elevator to get to the upper floors.

Incredible place, it's cozy and luxurious. Breakfast is incredible with good selections of British breakfast.

Breakfast service a little slow- perhaps new staff. All very polite and friendly. A long way up to the 3 rd floor.

Excellent location from station to Apollo theatre. Loved the charm of the hotel and fairly quiet position.

Quite a few steps, but that is probably part of the charm of the old building.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Stylish rooms, just as promised in the pictures of their website. Excellent bath rooms! Surprisingly quiet, despite location on Shepherds Bush Rd. Bus stops in front of the door for Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush. Great Pub in house!

Location is close to a police / firework station, which means sometimes at inconvenient times you hear sirenes.

We were on the third floor with lots of stairs to climb! (There is no lift). There is a Fire Station and Police Station nearby so at times very noisy!

10 minute walk from the Eventim Apollo and close to well known restaurants if you don't want to eat in. Staff were helpful and friendly. Boutique style room which was clean and cosy. Breakfast was delicious. Pros weighed out the cons.

Retro, hip hotel atop a cozy pub in Hammersmith. The rooms are recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The pub itself is very charming. Being on the second floor, I didn't hear any noise and slept well. It is a very nice hotel, with boutique character. Conveniently near the tube including the Picadilly line for Heathrow.

If I HAD to nitpick about something it would be that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but it really isn’t a big deal since the shower also had a handheld shower head that you could switch to.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location. The room was absolutely beautiful, the beds were comfy and it was quiet. I didn’t notice any sirens or any noise outside the hotel once we were asleep and it really didn’t bother us. The bathroom was fantastic and the hotel kindly fulfilled my request for a room with a bath tub which was much needed after a day in London! Each room has an honesty bar filled with snacks and drinks too which is a nice little bonus, we had brought our own snacks so didn’t partake of them but I thought they were a really nice touch. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the menu looked nice and was reasonably priced - there are a few nice breakfast options in the area if you don’t fancy the pub downstairs though. I’d absolutely stay here again and our stay here was worth every penny.

The room was clean, super comfortable and decorated beautifully - and it was set up with a cot for our 3 month old baby in advance. The duty manager helped us get our pram up the stairs as our little one was asleep when we arrived. Given its location on a busy road, the room was pretty quiet! The pub downstairs is beautiful - great food and excellent service. Love that we could get room service breakfast too! Great location to attend an event at the Apollo.

We were on the third floor so 7 flights of steps with no lift was a bit of a challenge with our 25kg suitcases. There was also a lot of police sirens at night.

Modern, comfy room with coffee machine, mini bar and snacks. Pub on the ground floor had a lovely atmosphere with good food and great wine list. There was also a night club downstairs that was open late. Bus stop outside the hotel was great for trips into the local tube station.

Finally, I found a hotel in London that I like and that is affordable. Breakfast is amazing and the hotel / pub is super cozy.
