Coming in for work to just stay the nihht iver I love the compact and close to work (3mins drive) The Castle has to personally provide.

Pub wasn't open on the Monday or the Tuesday we were there! Other than that, it was all very nice.

Main room was a decent size, bed was very comfortable. Even though by a busy road, it was quiet at night.

It is a chalet rather than an apartment and when it states a fully equipped kitchenette i was expecting some cooking facilities not just a microwave, which incidentally had a broken handle which makes it diffucult to open.

Nice clean room and walking distance to city centre. Milk and juice provided which is a nice touch.

Unfortunately the bar was closed Mondays and Tuesdays due to lack of local demand - circumstances beyond control 🙂 on the plus side very helpful in assisting me to find somewhere local to eat.

Really comfortable bed - I had a great night's sleep 😴 Very clean and tidy with continental breakfast facilities in the room Excellent value for money 🤑 Proprietor very helpful in assisting and advice for local nearby places to eat for the evening. I've added photos of the interior as mine was like a self contained apartment building and outside photos available online when you Google it or look on booking.com

The heating in the room hadn't been switched on, aa we checked in at about 11pm it was rather cold. Also the towels could do with being a little bigger.

The room was clean, tidy and fit for purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in late in the evening so we didnt have to go back and forth. The location meant we could walk into Norwich.

The hotel is a bit of a maze, i was near the end of the corridor so trying to navigate coming in and out became rather tedious. The room was great but rather tiny. because of this the bed was so close to the door I could hear people walk past and talking which made me feel uneasy about what could be heard from my side.

The receptionists were all very welcoming and the helpful. The room was welcoming and comfortable. Very clean and had everything you could need. It was very well presented with many thoughtful touches.

Nothing for the price,

No breakfast room, but supply of fresh bread milk and OJ was much appreciated nice touch! Very close to riverside, people were very friendly and helpful.

Good value studio apartment with free parking within walking distance of town centre. Compact but had everything we needed - comfy bed, plenty of hanging space, iron, tv, Wi-Fi, modern en suite with good shower, plenty of mirrors, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Bread, milk, oj, butter, jams, tea , coffee capsules and cereals provided for breakfast. Lovely staff were very welcoming. Concerned we would have road noise but slept very well and black out curtains were great. Made use of the very friendly pub bar. All in all a much better option than the usual travelodge / premier inn alternatives.

We had no complaints at all we were more than happy but the night we stayed the bar was actually closed it would have been nice to see it, as it was we were close enough to walk to their other premises and went there for a drink instead
