The rooms are very dated, I stopped in a club room, my room had a door into adjacent room and I could hear next door neighbours through that door, also the room smelt of damp and there were damp stain on the wall in the corner

Old carpets on the floors pf the rooms, have specific smells, i guess its time to replace those!

Wide hotel location, lot of trees, walking ways! Live music bar is great place!!! Nice show program spot, easy to watch scene action for hundreds of people! Kids club nurses were very friendly and helpfull!!!

Very cozy hotel with a great beach: I liked the fact that you can walk or go for jogging a long distance there even passing other hotels. The hotel personnel is amazing and very welcoming. As the hotel has a large park, you can find lots of shady spots and get a feeling of being in a country side. There are sport facilities as tennis court or table tennis as well as many others in a yoga center

It was possible to consider and give a small room so that the child could take an afternoon nap

We arrived at the hotel, we were received quickly, the manager approached us and introduced himself and gave a business card in case of a problem or help In my opinion, the whole attitude is because I arrived for one day and by me there was a chain of Hotel Granada and apparently they thought I was visiting hotels Because they immediately upgraded my room to a suite. The next day when I asked to stay in the room or in another paid room until they picked me up after 12:00 I was refused even though they saw that I was with a small child. I tried to talk to the manager, let's not analyze at all. I asked the staff to call the manager but for about an hour he claimed that the manager was on a call and could not speak I think it became clear to him after a little clarification that I don't visit hotels That's why it took me away from the hotel experience Nevertheless, I enjoyed the hotel

The wifi is not stable. The booking team tried to re-schedule our visit. The reception did not give us the room we asked for. As for the customers who stay there every summer, it was disappointing.

The food is great. The staff works tirelessly. The hotel is green and clean. We come to Belconti every summer. it was nice to see the updates and work that has been done for a new season. A new beach bar is v nice. We enjoy Belconti.

the rooms and the building as such requires the reconstruction, old fashioned and some things don’t work properly. Air conditioning- is a lottery, works when u don’t need it and doesn’t work when u need

Food and drinks are "all inclusive" quality. Room was fairly noisy, mostly due to some activities extending to 1 pm.

Nice hotel facilities. We arrived at 5:30 in the morning. They arranged for us the relaxation room and we were able to get some sleep after the flight. They also checked us in at 11. This was amazing. It's the first time this happened and we really appreciated this. We enjoyed the slides as well.

Some bar employees were careless, sometimes you have to ask him multiple times to serve you. Also there is one waiter offered me services I can’t say them here. Some reception stuff are also not kind enough, based on different experiences in such resorts.

Some facilities like (the air conditioner) are old. The eating hall was too busy and the tables, chairs and lights there are cheap and not fancy (not 5 stars level). The breakfast was OK but not very good for a 5 stars level. Our room had a closed door between us and another room, and we could hear the people in the other room and they could hear us! I wished for more privacy. The WIFI was not good.

Nice lobby and nice green areas in the hotel. Big room with jacuzzi.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was no information available for us in the room. We had to ask about everything including room service and reception numbers and menu. The third party shops in the basement are a rip off!

family friendly. The food was amazing. Waterpark was great, my kids had so much fun. Friendly staff. lovely trees and greens all around. They offered us a family room with terrace which was lovely.

Bath/shower a bit dated and could do with an upgrade. The beds are a bit hard and I felt the spring at times. The walls are not soundproof so if you want an early night it may be difficult with the evening entertainment. I found it hard to sleep through the music when I had to be up early for my flight and excursions.

Evening entertainment is amazing. Food was amazing and lots of variety so always found something I wanted to eat. Drinks were great. Icecream was great and thoroughly enjoyed. Slides are so much fun. Swimming pool is lovely and clean. Rooms were okay and spacious. Bathroom was good. Staff cleaned the room daily which was great. I liked that the room came with large bottles of water..2l instead of smaller ones which encouraged staying hydrated on holiday. Staff were helpful at reception. The shops on the ground floor were good for getting essentials you may need in emergency. Very pricey but there if you need. So child friendly. So much for kids to do. Lovely hotel.

Wifi could be better.

It's the sixth time we stayed in Belconti. We love it there. Great food, lots of food! The hotel is v green. Just 35 min from the airport. Friendly staff. It's a great family resort.

The food was generally good. however if you are staying for a week, you will start to dislike the food because many meals are offered every day. quality of food, in my opinion can be improved. instead of trying to offer so many different dishes, they could focus on quality as well as varying food between days. in regards to location, you need to know that the hotel is not close to Antalya, and transportation is quite expensive. for couples or other travellers without children, I would advise to stay in Antalya not Belek. the bed is not the best. blankets are too tiny and thin. I felt cold when the AC was on.

The facilities were great, the service was good, the staff are generally helpful and happy to assist. The hotel is very well designed to entertain kids.

The food alone is worth a visit and exceeded expectation for an all you can eat resort. Great variety throughout the day and restaurant staff were awesome.

the number of sun bed is very little around the pool the wifi was very very bad in all resort food need to add more type as it is the same in lunch and dinner kids program unknown need to have specific place to have all day program there is a door between our room and next room we can hear them very clear

the food was almost the same and no salt , it has no taste , the show area was too small to accommodate all guests ppl will just take seats and reserve it which was hard

the beach , the swimming pools, the activities, the very friendly staff , the cleanliness of the room everything was very nice, and Mr.Engin in the front desk he wasnt nothing but helpful and understanding i totally appreciate him, the laguna bar staff were very active and creative
