Everything. Everything was just fantastic. The apartment was so spacious and so so clean. Little extras such as homemade biscuits and milk were left in the room as well as washing up liquid etc. The staff were lovely, cannot fault our stay at all. Very good location

We had a one bedroom apartment and it was all finished to a high standard and was very comfortable. The property is very close to the centre of Leeds, but was quiet. The welcome pack of bread, eggs, fresh milk, cereal, butter, jam and fresh juice was much appreciated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Whilst the bedding looked clean, it didn't smell fresh - perhaps refreshing pillow protectors as well as main bedding would help? No cooking utensils beyond basic cutlery. Uncomfortable pillows (feather - no support) and duvet.

Easy check in, great friendly reception and brilliant facilities, comfortable and a felt very private and pleasant space to spend time in. Fantastic location, very central so walking distance to everything you need. Parking is a definite bonus in the city centre even if a little pricey. Wifi worked brilliantly.

Directions could be better. Satnav took us from the station to the back door and it would have been useful to have signage saying to use the Park place entrance. But the receptionist guided us in 👍

This was out of the hotels control but the Leeds one way system is terrible and driving to the apartment's wasn't easy the first time, be careful of the new one way system.

The parking was easy to access and the reception was great.

This beautiful boutique hotel is a definite must if you’re staying in Leeds! Amazing place to stay! There was a group of us staying here on 20th April for hen party weekend. The moment you pull up outside you go wow! It’s a lovely building & great value for money! The hotel inside is absolutely breathtaking it’s so posh! Our one bed apartment was so nice 😍 we couldn’t believe the price we paid for such a beautiful apartment. You have a living area, separate bedroom & bathroom. Others rooms / studios are slightly different but just as nice. All the staff are so lovely they cannot do enough for you. Christine (the owner of this beautiful building) is amazing such a beautiful kind lady. They all made us feel at home. The distance to the pubs / restaurants is literally a 5 minute walk from this hotel so not far to walk in your heels ladies! The staff even leave you little goodies in your room which is so nice, personal touch. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect location, easy to find with quick access to the station and Leeds centre. Fantastic friendly staff who were happy to make suggestions and staffed 24 hours if you needed it.
