Staff efficient and friendly. Clean and comfortable. Good toiletories and large towels in bathroom. Good WiFi. Tea/coffee and others drinks available in Havana bar 24/7. Alcohol /soft drinks chargeable. Breakfast available but not tried.

It was a bit far from city centre. Sometimes the buses were late. But strangely i really liked the location.

My room had a queen sized bed and it had a private bathroom. For me cleanliness and private bathrooms are the two most important criterias. If they meet i'm more than happy ;) staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my short stay. Would recommend and if i visit London again, i'll try to find a room here again ;)

The basin plug got stuck, and wouldn't release, and the duty staff, did attend but where not able to remedy the problem, but a plumber arrived next day, well early evening to be quite correct, but problem solved, perhaps these thinks should be checked, before guests arrive, my only issue,

I had the breakfast, it was what I expected, and suited my needs, and if applicable, I would do the same again.

The shared bathroom can get a bit busy in the morning.but that is a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is small but offers something a bit out of the ordinary, with furniture, tiled bathrooms and pictures that suggest a Portuguese or Mexican influence. My single room was small and quiet, and the bed comfortable. The room had its own wash basin.The shared bathroom was small, colourful and clean. The common room and breakfast room has a self-service bar and the means to make complimentary teas and coffee. If you are into good, speciality coffee, this is the place; you can grind and filter brew the Monmouth coffee that they provide. The continental breakfast was outstanding, good enough to make me want to return when next in London. Camberwell Green is not the easiest place to get to by public transport and very busy but it's a great place to find Middle Eastern food.

Our nights weren't very quiet, but this had nothing to do with the hosts, and more to do with other guests and general creakiness of the floors.

The breakfast and breakfast room were a definite highlight of this journey. There were also some lovely little touches that made this place special. The folks who created it and look after it obviously care and aren't just in it for the cash (like too many other places).

The bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable and lumpy. I left with a backache. Wished for more veggies and fruit for breakfast alternatives.

I loved the communal dining hall which was stocked with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was definitely above standard and for a great price. A clean and quiet hotel which was very appreciated.

Single room was very small. Triple room had a lot of traffic noise (but that’s hard to avoid in that location!)

Location is a bit far from the underground or rail servive but busses take you to different parts of the city center quite well.

Relaxed hotel outside the busiest part of London. Staff were nice but nothing special. Breakfast was good for its price.

It would have been nice if they had taken out the rubbish and changed the towels during the 5 days. The bar was not always stocked. A microwave for making hot drinks/meals would be useful.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped. Breakfast was not outstanding, but it was good to live with. The bar was self-service and open day and night.

Not the hotel's fault, but my room was on the third floor, the stairs are narrow and I'm not young. The charming staff carried my suitcase up, for which I was very grateful, but it was not that easy to bring it down again! The water pressure was less than wonderful, and the bathroom, though very clean , was rather tired.

The staff were charming and very helpful. The room was small, but clean, the bed was comfortable with decent pillows (for a change) and the breakfast was good and interesting. it was where I wished to be and pretty good value for money.
