Cleanness should be always. In 6 days of stay, two days the room was not cleaned.

Location perfect. Staff is always available to support guests. Thank you all staff for the great journey in Belle Maison.

During my stay there was construction in the next door building, not bad with windows closed.

Property location is great, close to subway station, metro bus, cevahir mall, plenty of taxis available. The staff was great, was very helpful, have sim travel sim cards available and help with phone set up.

I couldn't wash the dishes as there were no dishwashing soap or I couldn't find the necessities.

the location is optimal, jawaher mall, supermarkets, metro station and good restaurants all with in few minutes by feet . Mr. Secguk in reception and Mr. Harun in the service were very cooperative doing their jobs in optimal way .

The walls are very thin you can hear noise at night and the smell of cigarette will come through the cent in the toilet and through the stairs. The housekeepers are very nice and polite offering help and supplies and the room is cleaned good most of the time my kids room room is fairly clean but not thoroughly. We had people checked out from our room on the same day of our checking in and there were shoes prints of children on the floor for two days Although the room was cleaned twice but they managed to clean it the third day. Some bedsheets and pillow cases have holes worn out and should be replaced with new ones

Staff are very friendly and welcoming doing their best to help and make your saty comfortable especially Mr Servet and Mr Selcuk . The apartment is a good size for 2 and kitchen is good equipped. The queen bed room had no AC in the bedroom as it was not clearly mentioned in the description so they were very helpful and change it to double room instead. The amenities of toilet is replaced properly and they provide enough soap and toilet paper

The elevator was barely enough for our double stroller and barely could accommodate anyone else so we had to use it in turns. Still grateful they had an elevator to begin with. The street was very narrow, you have to be careful from the cars while walking and pushing a double stroller. Lots of beggars and street salesmen around Cevahir targeting Arab tourists.

The apartment was excellent. Had a nice city view with covered terraces where you can watch the sunset. Beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful and some of them spoke some Arabic which was a bonus! Location is excellent, in a small side street only a few steps away to the Cevahir mall and Metro station. The area around us was pleasant in general and interesting to walk around and explore. So many shops, restaurants and bakeries. Nice vibe.

I just spent one night out of four as i moved to another hotel due to the noise that comes from the streets as the windows are not double glazed, the staff is so kind and very cooperative but I could not take the noise, and the parking is not easy accessible , so it's not possible the to park in and out whenever I wanted

We stayed at this hotel from October 15-30. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very polite and always ready to help in any question or difficulty. the rooms have their own kitchen and this is very convenient on long trips. Household appliances in the rooms are working fine. The hotel service is of an excellent standard. The bed linen is always clean. Room cleaning on request.

There is a very effective little kitchen in the room. In my opinion, it could use some more eating sets if you plan on preparing your meals. It was not a big problem for us, but you could see that the furniture needed some renewal. The sofa is not very comfortable for long sits.

Location is key here. Belle Maison Hotel is about 50m from a Metro entrance, and very close to a fully equipped mall. The team is very helpful and if you're not fluent in turkish, they are able to communicate in good english. There is a common laundry area in each floor, and continuous housekeeping if you wish. The bed and bathroom are very good.

My husband and I relocated here from the hospital following his knee surgery, and our two-week stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff extended the warmest welcome, catering to our every need with a genuinely helpful attitude. Our room, newly renovated and remarkably spacious, comprised both a studio and a bedroom, complete with a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we could possibly require. The convenience of a laundry room on every floor with clean and efficient washer and dryer facilities made our stay even more comfortable. Location-wise, this hotel hits the mark perfectly! Surrounded by shops, pharmacies, and bakeries, all within a leisurely two-minute walk, we found everything we needed close at hand. The proximity of the large Cevajir shopping mall just across the street and the metro station a mere 2-3 minutes away made exploring the city incredibly easy. What truly made our New Year celebration special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel. They sent us delightful sweets and a heartwarming greeting, adding a charming touch to the festivities. Moreover, the fact that this hotel is family-owned and managed was evident in the genuine care and hospitality extended to us. They treated us like cherished family members, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One standout gesture was their complimentary provision of a wheelchair, enabling us to comfortably explore the city—a testament to their commitment to ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay for their guests. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm, inviting, and exceptionally accommodating place to stay.
