The beds were a little soft and we could not watch the rugby on TV......in the overall scheme of things completely minor things as the stay was really excellent. Arriving in the dark made the place a little hard to find....use the second driveway on Station Road as you go uphill from the Slanj.

A quite super location at the end of Loch Lomond. Perfect for our group ....quiet but beautiful.

Can't think of anything I would want to complain about re the cottage itself . It's of a high standard and very comfortable.

The location and accommodation are excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. An ideal base for the weekend for our group. Short, pleasant walk to Arrochar as well. Worth mentioning that the village shop is about 100 yds away for fantastic breakfast rolls in the mornings but the cottage has a very decent kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. 10/10 for our stay and would definitely stay again.

Tricky to find as No simple sign saying Cobbler Cottage up here.. As you have to drive up someone else's drive and turn left to find it. . (Vary Poor) OK if you know how Nest Heating works, but No actual info in the welcome book as how to turn it up.. What the Nest clock /box even loos like and were it is.. Poor. And Duvet covers for Beds to Small..

Clean, comfy, plenty of space all rooms, TV entertainment and kitchen good

There was no manual for the induction hob (or oven). The hob was locked when we arrived and James had to explain how to reset it on the phone.

The location was brilliant, 5 minutes from the railway station, 2 minutes from the restaurant and 10 minutes from Loch Lomond. James, the owner, was available on the phone to sort out problems. He also directed us to some great footpaths with views of the Lochs.

The bed was a memory foam mattress and it clearly wasn’t me it was remembered making the bed uncomfortable on the one side. The other side of the bed was okay and the other beds in the property were fine

Great location by Loch Lomond, Tarbet train station and a local restaurant. It was well equipped with everything a family could need

Minor thing but there was conflicting recycling instructions between the sign and the book. The space out back isn't huge but you are surrounded by tonnes of nature instead.

Comfortable, clean, good value, beautiful surroundings. Extras like bread for the first morning and maps of the area were very welcome.

    - Nothing "bad" in particular. Some suggestions, however, would be: a sort of mini-guide to explain guests something about the surrounding area (Trails, closest supermarket/pharmacy, possible bike rentals stores, etc). The vacuum cleaner in the apartment needs to have the filter changed (it was quite smelly when we used it to clean the house a bit during our stay). The pans and the hair dryer would also need to be changed/upgraded.

    - The property is very spacious (3 big bedrooms) and comfortable. We also had no complaints about the cleanliness when we arrived :) - There was all you might need inside the house: pans, kitchen tools, towels, ashtray, washing machine, toaster, oven etc. - The supplies for breakfast (jam, bread, tea) were really appreciated - WiFi and SmartTV were a nice plus for those evenings you just want to chill :) - The area itself is quite convenient to go around (car is strongly recommended) and visit the lake and the various trails (Ben Dunh, Ben Arthur, etc). - The hosts were very friendly and always ready and responsive for any question.
