Beds were too narrow nearly fell out twice

We were disappointed that some parts of the room had not been cleaned properly. There was dust in corners and some parts of the bathroom had not been cleaned. The window paintwork was flaking. The wifi did not work

Staff were very friendly and helpful and always on hand. The property was beautiful set in amazing countryside.

The breakfast was disappointing as there was not much of it, a full English was one of everything.

Bedroom was really good, clean, big and very comfy. Evening meal was OK if you liked something different!!

A little noisy due to main road.

Travelled with adult Grandson. Asked for 2 rooms. Went in a private entrance with own front door, and there were 2 adjoining rooms inside. Tea and coffee making facilities, and bottled water in both rooms.

Access to the room wasn't brilliant, but they're working with an old building so compromises have to be made. You get to hear other guests coming and going if they don't pay consideration to the door and stair noise.

Good location to visit Gloucester and wider Cotswolds. Friendly staff and good food

A beautiful country pub in the Cotswold village of Colesbourne. Great food and choice of wines and beers. Large, comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like - other than not be able to stay around to sample the Sunday roast!

The Colesbourne Inn is a superb place to stay on the outskirts of Cheltenham. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout. Dinner was very enjoyable and served promptly. The breakfast was EXCELLENT - freshly cooked to order and wonderful quality. The service was excellent as well. They really want you to have a comfortable visit.

The room was exactly what we needed for our stay, clean, comfy and with the facilities we would of wanted. The staff were extremely friendly and more than happy to assist in helping our stay easy and stress free. The breakfast was superb and all our friends staying at the same thought the same.

Path ant doorway to annex accommodation entrance was very muddy with pool of standing water, not good for smart footwear. Quite a few cobwebs in room. An ant ingress issue was evident. Sink water was very slow to drain away. No cereal bowls at breakfast, had to help ourselves from the cupboard. All easily fixed with attention to detail.

Charming and extensive interesting historical period property, lovely relaxed furnishings to main Inn. The room was very nicely furnished, very large room, large bathroom, heating worked well. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tasty meals, and wide selection of nice drinks. Good pleasant friendly service by staff. Felt welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast coffee was excellent. Plenty of hot water, excellent heated towel rail, nice towels, and excellent shower. Extremely convenient location, large car parks (plural).

Disabked cottages please advise people not to book there.

The main building is excellent the last time I stayed there I had room 2 on the front booked an a ccesible room mistake It was in a cottage inbtge grounds very difficult to get to being disabled good job it wasn’t raining woukd have got soaked going for dinner and breakfast.if my daughter hadn’t been with us I woukd have gone home.

The staff were excellent, provided a key early in the morning to avoid having to come back after the races. Great Hotel cant fault anything really pleased and will be back for next year at the Cheltenham Festival.
