When someone passed behind the door it was heard very loudly in the room.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were different types of tea in the room. Dinner was absolutely great.

Could not work on my lap top in my room as there was no desk to sit out. However the staff were very accommodating by allowing me to work in the restaurant

There was nothing not to like, a lovely pub with a great selection of beers and cider on tap, the menu has a lovely varied selection with specials that were lovely.

The breakfast was exceptional, a lovely selection of cereals and fruit juices followed by a full English with a choice of eggs 3 ways. The location was great for me to go to Kings Lynn for work. A nice size room and a large shower.

Excellent service, very welcoming, relaxing, lovely food, good wine, very tastefully appointed with an understated elegance. Excellent location for exploring North Norfolk, west of Fakenham. Sandringham and Burnham Market both within easy reach. Always a good atmosphere and a reliable choice. A place to return to in future, as we have done in the past.

The Crown Inn was just perfect for our weekend break. Dog friendly, excellent food, attentive service and with a wonderful atmosphere. We felt welcomed and relaxed, enjoyed a lovely evening meal and fantastic breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a dog bed for our four legged friend.

We booked this Inn because it has a restaurant. However kitchen closed already at 19.45, and we could not make it on time due to a late flight.

Location was good for the Thursford Spectacular. Room was large, with an exceptional bathroom (with a big bath). Bed was very comfortable and window had black-out curtains. Real (not instant) coffee in room - a BIG plus. Staff were chatty and friendly. Breakfast freshly cooked to order and top quality. The whole place looked recently decorated. We didn't have dinner there, but we would like to next time.

There is very little indeed to complain about here. My only gripe - and it's just one of those things in an old building - is that the staircase up to the top was a bit steep and narrow.

In fifteen years of using booking.com, during which time I have stayed in hundreds of hotels the length and breadth of Europe, this is the second time I have given anywhere a "10". The Crown Inn is superb. My room was lovely, really comfortable with a nice bathroom and a good, supportive bed. The food, both at breakfast and evening time, is first rate. There is parking right outside and the wi-fi works. Can't ask for more really! I'll certainly be back.

It could use a mirror in the actual bedroom (no 6) very hard trying to do your hair as the plugs are nowhere near the bathroom where the mirror was.

The food was amazing both in the evening for Dinner and for Breakfast. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable.
