Most welcoming friendly couple nothing was too much help me with my bag upstairs due to my illness I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if possible

The choices of breakfast for the 3 days my friend and I were there were very good. The hosts, Sara and Kevin are very friendly and helpful. I have no negartive comments to offer.

Bed not the most comfy but then I am very fussy about beds, so didn't complain. No other complaints really.

The location was excellent for getting around the island by bus, as we were doing, with the nearest bus stop less than 5 minutes away. Our room was a good size and quiet, as we had requested. For a small b & b the choice of breakfasts was good, and they were well done. The eggs, from the owners' own hens, were exceptionally good. When we were offered juice on the first day and they didn't have my preferred kind (beetroot) it appeared on the table the very next day! Service was quick and done always with a smile. We were offered fresh fruit salad every day which was also lovely, and my request for "no banana please" was instantly met, showing it was freshly prepared.

The hosts Sara and Kevin are absolutely amazing- very warm and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived . Clean and specious rooms with all amenities. very good hot and cold breakfast. good options for vegetarian hot breakfast. The location is perfect, just a 3 min walk to the sandy sandown beach and a wide range of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay . thank you 😊

Kevin and Sara were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the room was very comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach and pier, and absolutely lovely all around!

The host are amazing and welcoming. we had a wonderful break enjoying the isle and the property provided all the info we could need. Great breakfast and lot of space to relax in the evening after dinner. The room was spacious and clean, exactly as described. We will come back!

No complaints at all.

Very pleasant hotel with very hospitable owners. Recently re-decorated to give a clean fresh feel to the hotel. Good facilities provided. Only a very short walk to the beach and to the town centre.

The shower in the room.

The breakfast was excellent and varied. The owners were very friendly and really put themselves out to make my stay pleasant. The location was also excellent, being as short walk to Sandown beach and shops.

What’s not to like about the Denewood? I cannot think of anything negative about our stay.

Sara and Kevin are great hosts and really good company. They and the team made us so welcome during our 3 day stay and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very clean and comfortable with some very thoughtful little touches. Breakfast was lovely and always served with a smile. Location is great being just a few minutes walk to the seafront. Will definitely stay there again and will happily recommend to family and friends.

Sara and Kevin were so welcoming. From the word go we felt comfortable and felt we were with family. Sara and Kevin (also Paul) are such warm, fun and generous people . Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing. Best I've ever had (and I've stayed in hotels all over the world!) I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this guest house. The whole stay was a happy and comfortable one. So glad we found this gem.

Didn't bother me really but maybe worth mentioning that bathroom is very small and water pressure is very low. Also the smell of cooking oil in the room every morning so intense that my clothes absorbed it.

Sara and Kevin and Paul were amazing. So kind and welcoming and it felt like staying with family. Breakfast was very tasty and served promptly in the nice dining room. The whole house was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place.
