We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower in room 15 went from scalding hot to cold constantly. I'm guessing there is a faulty thermostat? Also, there is a loud fan outside the window of room 15 which started up at 6.30 am.
The helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to look after you. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was exceptional beautifully cooked and presented excellent value with free parking, breakfast included and reliable Free WI-FI. A couple of minutes walk to the Plymouth Hoe and a short walk to the city centre shops and restaurants. Overall an exceptional stay 10/10
