Chris, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming. We were greeted by him and informed firstly about the hotel, keys, access, parking etc. This was followed, at our request, with info on Blackpool, local restaurants, tram system and generally things to see or do or go to. Really useful and two of the restaurants he suggested were excellent. Many thanks Chris for a lovely stay.

They isn’t anything I dislike

Everything, location brilliant, tram stop just across the road, breakfast was amazing set us up more the day. Rooms are beautiful and clean(and I’m very fussy). The couple you own it are so nice and can’t do enough to you.

Very clean. Very attentive. Breakfast lovely. Chris and Christine very friendly couldn’t do enough for you. Tram and bus stop right outside hotel. lol belt walk on promenade into centre. Lovely sea view.

Nothing not to like.

Chris is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and bed very comfy. Car parking on site which was a bonus.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was spotless, the owners were very helpful. It is also just far enough form all the hustle & bustle of the main town and a tram spot just outside from the hotel.

Faultless. The hosts are EXTREMELY accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Chris has superb knowledge of the history of Blackpool and the surrounding areas, which we found fascinating. The breakfast is sublime, the room spotless and the bed VERY comfortable. Excellent location for the numerous cafes and restaurants just up the road a little in Bispham, perfect for us who avoid the 'hubbub' of Blackpool town centre.

Chris went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless and in a great location for the trams. Breakfasts were excellent - very filling in a lovely dining room. Well done to Chris and Christine for a beautiful establishment.

The property was very clean and tidy. We liked where the property was positioned away from all the hustle and bustle with the tram station just across the road. The owners were very nice and welcoming with lots of local information.

There was nothing we didn't like we loved our stay at the fossil tree.

On arrival We were greeted by Chris who was friendly and welcoming. Our room was a nice size and spotlessly clean. Loved the extra little touches that made it more enjoyable like the hot chocolate and biscuits in the room , streaming TV and the honesty bar. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. We Loved the location of this hotel, its away from all the hustle and bustle which made for a nice peaceful night's sleep. However its within a nice walking distance to the centre of Blackpool or there's a tram stop just over the road. Would definitely recommend the fossil tree to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and well presented, Checking in was simple and Chris the owner was very polite and made us feel welcome. The room was a good size with everything we needed, good WiFi reception and USB charging sockets in the room. The hotel is located away from the center of town so less busy and much quieter with a tram stop almost outside so visits to the center or surrounding areas was simple. Great full English breakfast to start the day and also an honesty bar serving drinks and snacks.

Very welcoming, Chris was very knowledgeable and could tell you everything about Blackpool. Breakfast and room were fantastic. It's no wonder they have so many awards. Great holiday, and Fossil Tree Hotel made it for us. Hope to be back soon. Gerry and Susan.
