The staffs are nice and supportive. This prosperty is not a new build (from my perspective), however every facitilites are well-maintained, cozy and convinient. It brings the vibe make you feel like coming back home. Actually, our group spent 3 nights at this prosperty each time we transferred between different destinations in Bali. A plus point is that it is relatively close to the airport.

Everything was good.

The room was very comfortable. The pool was nice. We liked the breakfast, it had a goid variety and big portions. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and markets near. It is a short walk to the beach.

The area feels very run down and I didn't feel completely safe - we only stayed 1 night - it's a shame but the area seems to have changed since our last visit :(

I would say a little bit more attention to corners in showers and drains. Replace shower curtains with glass shower screens would be a big plus. Some rooms already have glass screens. It would be beneficial to do all rooms.

We stay here regularly and love the Hotel for its Staff firstly, location secondly and it is bang for your buck. It is like staying with family. ❤️

The mold on the wall and the door between our room and next door. I get the idea if you travel with the people staying next door but the small latch that is on can easily be kick in if someone wants too. And then sharing balcony with the room next door. Would have been nice with a mini fridge too but not the end of the world.

Every so often the drains would smell but it would go away after a while, over all it's a great place for the price u are paying.

It was ideal for what I needed rooms are a good size, pool was clean for the first week, it has turned green while we are stayn here but I'm sure the staff are working on it, had to extend our stay a few times and there was no issues with this.

The fountain in the pool stayed on at night made us want to go to the toilet! Only room for a few sun beds around the pool, but you could sit outside your room so wasn’t a problem. Kuta beach had a lot of rubbish/plastic on it, which you had to swim through or walk through depending on the tide. To be fair this might be the time of year and it had rained a lot.

Location was great - close to the airport, beach, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size with a fridge and we asked for a kettle. We could have a late check out as our flight was later in the day. Free water available and good choice for breakfast for additional 50K.

The restaurant could have served better breakfast and improved menu. The restaurant staff had an attitude. The location is in a narrow alley and barely one car can drive through.

Swimming pool was blurry at times but i went in anyways and nothing bad developed! They have blankets in between sheets rather than duvet, but i didn’t even notice the first night.

I like that it has dark curtains in bedrooms with sun rising at 6am, it’s rare in bali (most have white or transparent). The two single room was spacious and lots of desk space with semi private balcony. The ac works fine and bathroom is modern. Staff is awesome and there’s an on demand restaurant on site until 10pm. The property is organized with one single row of rooms facing the pool and the street is low traffic because it’s off a one way and not a useful cut through. Close to kita art market for sunset and cheap massage places. Away from the crazy clubs.

Location is close to kuta art market and its nearby beach for sunsets especially. It’s on cut through street with low scooter traffic. All the rooms are around the center swimming pool on two floors, and set back from the street, and have private or shared balcony/terrasse area with table and chair. The ac worked well and the curtains actually block out the light, which is rare in bali. Bed quality with duvet (most in bali) let me have the best restful sleep of my trip despite the heavy rains in my back bedroom 29 upstairs.
