The building has an interesting history/architecture (visit the Hunstanton Heritage Centre for information). The shower room would benefit from some modernisation although it was clean and perfectly adequate.

Very friendly host. Breakfast is not included, but there are lots of breakfast items, such as cereal bars, porridge pots, and fruit provided on a "help yourself" basis. Good location. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc

The property was clean and the room was lovely. Although the room rate doesn’t include breakfast there is a selection of continental items for you to help yourself to which is lovely touch. Also the best tea and coffee selection your room.🙂

Toilet flush not consistent and shower tooktime to get warm - we were warned about the shower and it didn't affect our stay or overall view that this is an excellent hostelry.

The weather! Seriously, nothing at all wrong with our stay relating to our accomodation.

Absolutely made to feel at home and welcome. We had to change our dates due to illness and this was no bother at all. The lady was so friendly, accomodating and helpful. The house was a delight and so was our room. We loved having a bath and the balcony. Even Oliver the cat would welcome us when came in! Beautifully decorated room with a lovely new bed. Attention to details and the amenities really surprised and pleased us. Well stocked coffee & tea supplies, wall mounted tv, hairdryer & a table fan thoughtfully tucked away in the wardrobe, plenty of toilet roll and even decent brand full size bottles of shower gel & shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Stylish and quirky ornaments & decorations and a lovely cosy feel to the whole set up. Would definitely love to return in the near future.Highly recommended

Lovely sea view room, nice and spacious with a comfy bed and free parking right outside. The location is very quiet and is only a short walk into the centre Hunstanton and to the beach. Also Oliver the cat was very welcoming!

Nothing too dislike, all lovely. Room nicely decorated all clean and fresh and warm. Iron, fan and Hairdryer all in room for use. Shower Gel, shampoo and hand-wash all in bathroom and nice clean fresh towels. Although a single booking a nice double bed .

No cooked breakfast available, but continental style, fruit , croissants and cereal bars and fruit juice. Just help yourself. All included in room charge.

Only a small point but the table lamp in bedroom was not very bright to read by.

Lovely room, very clean and very comfortable bed. In a lovely area with a park between us and the sea. Although our hostess did not provide a cooked breakfast there was a table of snacks and drinks to help your self. She also recommended a restaurant nearby for a very good breakfast.

Room was lovely in a period house. No cooked breakfast but food provided free which we were quite happy with as not tied to times or sitting in silent breakfast room eating with strangers. Location was great as quiet but close to town. Parking on street was easy
